Very welcoming and friendly, I found that being I am a first time whisky investor I did have a good few questions to start with, me and my wife rather enjoyed there complimentary visit to there head office in London before starting our whisky portfolio. We would certainly recommend to anyone who is thinking about new areas to invest in.
