Delivered within a few days, packaging was very impressive, bottle and box individually wrapped, you could drop this from 2 storey building and there would be no damage, waiting for the right weekend to actually drink the whisky but looking forward to it.

Was delivered to next door neighbour and signed by the delivery man himself and then telling me it’s delivered, I was all the time at home, completely freaked out as wasn’t sure where he has delivered it

I’ve ordered repeatedly and everything was so great. I believe you used UPS in the past and my packages arrived in Florida, surprisingly, in 2-3 days. I still have not received my order for this. I am not sure what or why but these orders have been stuck in the FedEx Memphis TN location for almost 2 weeks with no updates. You guys have been great but not sure what to do going forward.
Edit: I changed the rating to a 5 star because dealing with The Whiskey World has been great. Awesome customer service and fast processing of the order with extremely fast response times. I would rate FedEx with a 2 star review. Luckily I received my package today which I needed for a going away gift tomorrow.
