What a lovely shop with many options and great customer service as well. The owner Francis was very kind, professional and gave me a great deal of book stamps for my collection. Well packaged and such a great gift idea! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this shop. The customer service is very poor, and returning or exchanging a product is always a hassle. Instead of handling requests professionally, they often argue with customers, making the whole process frustrating. Based on my experience, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've had.

Well, first of all, the idea of the shop is absolutely amazing! It’s fun, exciting, and holds a lot of emotions.

I haven’t got my order yet but I am very excited to try it.

Also, costumer service is really good. They respond in about two ours to my emails and the employees are very nice.

There was a special offer of extra packs of stickers to be included- they did not arrive and despite it showing on my order they said it was not correct. Not cool to offer a hook then not provide it. I wouldn't order from here again.

Extremely well made product. I love being able to emboss my personal library. It’s a classy way to mark my books and I have different designs for different genres. For example, a dragon for my fantasy novels, flowers for any romance novels, etc.

I love the designs and the great customer service. Haven't got it yet so looking forward to it.

I ordered 2 from the website. One worked great and the other had a tiny issue. When i told customer service about it i got a quick response and they sent out for a new one without me asking.
Now both embossers work great.
The package did take about 1.5 weeks too arrive but i had no rush

So far the whole experience has been really good, constant updates from the founder of the company easy to use tracking and very helpful advise and suggestions, so far I would 100% recommend. My wife is a big reader and I saw this product and thought this is such a unique and fun idea she will love it. I will be getting more for different occasions and different books that she reads.

This is the second embosser I’ve bought as a gift. So impressed with the packaging, the quality and the delivery time. Would highly recommended.

I am contacting you to file a complaint regarding order #31910. They shipped it using a terrible courier service that supposedly attempted delivery to my address twice and, because they couldn't find me, sent it all the way back to China???????!!!!

I am truly furious. I hope you are not going to make me pay for the shipping again and that I can receive my product as soon as possible. It is completely absurd that there is no pickup point for the package.

The service is terribly bad. I expect a response as soon as possible.

Never received the product. Contacted customer service several times but all they do is say they will investigate but nothing happens. Don't buy anything from them!

The experience was smooth and they have a lot of embossed options, got this as a present for my book loving girlfriend and for myself as a beginner reader for the great vibe mostly

Fantastic company to do business with - regular emails about my orders and super speedy answers to my questions The embosser is in my opinion superior to any other I have seen & the choice of plates is addictive in collecting them- 100% recommend to everyone looking for a personalised gift to a book lover or just a gift to yourself- I’ve ordered about 13 embossers now and everyone adores them also the special box which features on line doesn’t do it justice I only realised on my fifth order when ordering the “set” that the brown box is actually gorgeous so I then ordered. Brown presentation boxes for the embossers I have yet to gift people - since then I have opted for the embosser the stickers and the brown presentation box as it’s such excellent value and gives the gift more wow factor
