STAY WELL CLEAR, UNTRUSTWORTHY, RUDE AND UNCOOPERATIVE

I had to leave one star or I could not write this honest review to help others make a selective choice. This post is for anyone in the Nottingham, Derby and Leicester are. We need to know if a company gives poor customer service and warn other prospective buyers. This also applies telling other when you get good customer service. My front door was beginning to have problems. So I contacted The Window Depot Ltd, the owner Mr Bramley. "He said that company does not exist. I am now called The Window Depot (Nottingham) Ltd." But if you go onto CompaniesHouse.gov.uk, you will see he has two companies running at the same address. He has made several attempts to shut down The Window Company Ltd (its called Strike Off). I and other people have put in objections into Companies House to stop him doing so. I have one running at the moment. I won a Small Claims Court Claim against him in November 2024 and was awarded the monies I set out to get. He would not carry out a replace and fit under the warranty agreement he sold me. When I rang him up to discuss this payment as he declined to join the Court Hearing and was not aware of the outcome. He angrily swore at me and put the phone down blocking my number. Once the papers come through I am going to instruct bailiffs to retrieve this money. The courts have a long back-log, so this could be a few weeks. Please do your homework when dealing with these Cow Boys or Rip off Merchants. By posting on here and Trust A Pilot we are helping one another to sort out the reputable trades people from the disreputable ones out. Also the logos he was using at the time I purchased from saying he was affiliated too, was not always accurate, so be warned.
