I wasn't able to use my credit card as I had a new one and verified by visa would not accept it, I was a bit flustered and used my visa debit card eventually . The customer service were patient with me and confirmed everything I asked for but I wasn't used to booking by telephone and I felt rushed to read any terms and conditions later I realised there was no cancellation or changes without cost , however if it all goes to plan it will be just what we wanted, I will let you know on return

I was very happy with the service that I received, except for the fact that I had to chase up to confirm my booking. Everything else was excellent.

The wise miser is now my best flight serch. I have used wise miser every year for the past 5 years and they are the best opperator, best price and people to deal with great keep it up.

A good experience over all i have used you many times

I rung up yesterday for price to goa spoke 2 a man called ron we was very good at finding me what i whated deffo book again

Twice I have purchased return tickets from London to Auckland.
The second time, recently, the ticket was easier to read.

There was no reservations and I would recommend this company to anyone

I booked a flight to Jamaica which I had to rearrange cost £600 + £400 in total to then find that I couldn't check in the day before my flight

After spending hours on the phone to BA and the WiseMiser, they admitted that they hadn't actually booked my flight

It took me 3 weeks to get my refund, I spent hours on the phone and it wasn't until I found their director's name and threatened action that they sped their process and offered me a measly £200 compensation despite being self employed and booking the entire 2 weeks off of work

It is evident that the company is also very disjointed and unorganised. It took 20mins for them just to trace my case every time I called

For the sake of a couple of hundred pounds, go direct or use a more reliable agent
