I will never ever order from this so called company , & everyone I know I told about them ever will either. I ordered a product & never recieved it, kept sending emails getting nothing but the runaround. They replied they refunded my money, NEVER RECIEVED anything. Something needs to be done about these kind of people. To think at the beginning I was excited waiting to recieve my order, only never recieved anything! They NEVER tried to make it right.Never thought this would happen to me...

I order a 2 pack of corner unit shelves. One worked perfectly, the other was damage (maybe in shipping?). I contacted the company and they sent me a new corner unit (Free). The replacement took a good month to arrive, a bit too long, but the wait was worth it. It works GREAT! Thank you

I bought the shower shelf after seeing an ad on facebook.
I'm living in Ireland and got the shelf after about 2 weeks. I've had it up for 2 months and its been great, hasn't fallen down and serves it purpose.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Those corner shelves are a joke. They can not even hold on their own. One stayed for about a day with some light weight on it. They came in a damaged package. The quality is poor. Customer service never replied. Waste of money, stay away from them.

I ordered two corner shelves over 8 weeks ago. The tracking number shows that they are in transit somewhere in China. I have emailed customer services twice and was told they will look into it and get back to me but they haven’t.
I think this is a scam. Do not buy their products.

I did not receive my order due to delivery problems but I was fascinated how they value their customers. Thanks for the generous gift card. XOXO

You have to watch a video, in order to understand how to attach it. The shelve itself seems ok, only i dont know how long it will hold on on a tiled surface.
Editing. 1.5 months passed since i attached the shelve on a tiled surface. It cracked because of pressure i was putting while taking soap to wash hands. Evetually it fell off. Im not putting it back on since I dont like my stuff falling all over the place.

I ordered the sink shelf and it arrived that fast. So happy about it and will order more.

I bought goods with the following tracking details from Nigeria for over 4 months but have not received my parcel. I kept requesting for delivery but Orly’s response completely lacks empathy. I was promised free shipping and all valid delivery details were given but parcel not delivered.
I have had emotional trauma and insist that my purchased goods should be delivered

Purchased one of the corner shelves which worked fine for about a month, then fell off the wall and will not reattach. Complained to the company - Wish List - and like others, they sent me an "installation video" which is of no use whatsoever. I actually emailed Hampton Direct in the USA only to be told that the product I had was not theirs and if it had come from China (which mine had) it was an imitation. DON'T BE FOOLED - if you buy this product through FB (which I did), it is NOT the genuine article and you will have wasted your money. FB should do more to shut down these scam companies.

We too did not get the corner shelves. Avoid this company. File with your credit card company indicating the problem.

I order the corner shelfs about six weeks ago and im still waiting ..they never came so i really dont know why its taking that long or maybe im a next that will not recieve my item and my money is allready taken ... what a bad customer service and company ...

I lso ordered the worthless corner shelves. .I’ve asked for a refund and have at least received a reply after one week. They sent me a video to watch for proper installation. Once again I asked for a refund and they offered me a credit with an additional $15 added to purchase another piece of worthless items

Stay clear of this company if and thats a big if you receive your order the product is useless. China company not american as you are made to believe. Save your money and dont be a fool like me.

I fell for ordering the corner shelves via FB - they DON'T WORK. I filled out the form on their website like they suggested and no one has responded. They say they have a 30 day return policy, and my 30 days are almost up!

Purchased 'corner holder storage shelves' and they are useless, they do not fix if they go over the grouting inbetween tiles and this is not mentioned in the product information, infact the picture on the front of the box shows them holding over several tiles.
Even worse this company does not respond to emails and therefore i doubt I'll get a refund.
DO NOT trust this site and do not use it - i will be reporting this site for miss-selling of goods. The reviews posted of this product CANNOT be genuine.
