I brought a planner first back in 2021 for £20 (with the binder) and can remember being blown away by how much came in the binder, dated pages, more than two weeks of ‘monthly mood tracking’ and well set out, I just reordered and even with the closing down discount the page inserts (not including the binder) was essentially the same price for a much lower quality product. I am now stuck with a planner that cost far more than the average planner, with no dates, very little witchcraft actually included and the exact same style as when I brought it 4 years ago. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, when the average person is struggling to make enough money a £20 treat isn’t exactly nothing, and now I’m stuck with a useless binder than doesn’t even include the witchiness I thought I paid for. Really disappointed to see not only no growth of the business but an actual back peddle in the product from years ago.

The owner kept giving me conflicting information until I was full on lied to. I understand that it’s been a difficult time but she said she posted it then when it arrived a month later it’s postage day said it had only been sent two days before it arrived. When I asked her about it she said I was wrong so I asked my local post office and nope I was right. Products other than the planner seems to come from over seas and take months to arrive. I understand it is a small business but it’s the rude answers that just rub me the wrong way and make me not trust this company at all.
