I have been buying incense from the Witches Sage for a while now. My orders are always packed and shipped quickly. I've been pleased with my purchases. Upon receiving my most recent order, I realized that there was a problem with one of the products. I reached out to customer service, received a prompt response, and the issue was taken care of immediately. I was pleasantly surprised. The way customer service chooses to handles problems will either keep me coming back or send me running! The Witches Sage has a wide selection of incense, including their own blends, ritual supplies and gift items.

I ordered a "lantern pentacle" from USA to France, delivered by UPS. The package arrived completely flat, with a broken lantern inside (twisted metal, broken glass). Upon inspection of the package, I could see that the item had been insufficiently protected. Ideally, there should have been newspaper to fill the void in the lantern, and a double layer of bubble wrap on the outside. Instead, there were only small pieces of loose polystyrene. Legally, the company owed me a reship or a refund. But the customer service only offered me a discount on the next order, and stopped answering when I insisted.
