Absolutely HORRID

Absolutely HORRID. In every way. I mean... I can’t even explain how horrible it was. We paid $170 A PERSON for this. That’s waaaaay more than a day ticket to disneyworld... the food was horrific. The service was awful. The show was complete scan. I complained so much that they finally refunded my entire group of 16 half our money back. We left after 1 hour. It was so embarrassing I can’t believe they are doing this to people thinking it’s going well. Also shame on Houston chronicle, and other local media stations for promoting this show without doing any follow up...

It is a Scam

We went to the one held in December 2019 in Houston TX. It was my birthday present from my husband but this show is a scam. They move from city to city with a strict no refund policy. They prey on peoples enthusiasm for Harry Potter but by the time you show up you are vastly disappointed. The entertainment was that of a 5 year old's backyard birthday party. They miscounted the amount of guests and therefore did not have enough food. The 'activities' for the kids where cheap and charged $40 or more depending what you wanted to do. People complained to the manager endlessly about the false promises. By the time we were leaving she was in tears in a corner. Everyone left before the show ended due to the outrage. We were among the last to leave in hopes that there was some surprise turn around but there wasn't. We are still waiting to hear back from their organization in hopes of a refund but they are not returning our messages and it is now almost Feb 2020. Save yourself and DONT waste your money! I honestly am convinced that the good reviews out there are placed by them or paid reviewers.

Auckland Nov 2 2019

Auckland Nov 2 2019. It was meant to be a treat for my daughters (13 and 17). Unfortunately it wasnt.
$260 NZ for the three of us. Slow slow food service. Luke warm food when we did get it. We left 30 mins before it finished.
V disappointed. Should of gone to Armageddon.

Would give it zero stars if I could

Would give it zero stars if I could. Would not be complaining if the price was $50 instead of $230 ...

They ran out of certain drinks 2 hours into 4 hour event. Food quantity and selection was an absolute joke for the price tag. Did not even get certain menu items as they ran out.

These guys are crooks. It is not just me ... read the news articles reviewing this event in Sydney, Brisbane and Birmingham ...
