Great products that support women
I have used the WMarketplace many times. Their products have all been top quality, and it is now the site where I routinely order my hair products (Masami). I also have ordered various home items and been happy with all of them. Great products and supporting women—perfection!

Update follow up email procedure
I ordered a spoon, and the payment the went through. A few days later, a rep contacted me with a suggested replacement but it was not what I was looking for. They refunded my money, I never received a product, and now I've gotten 3 emails trying to get me to review a product I did not receive 🙂

I have been trying to contact their customer support team for about 2 weeks about listing approval and no one has gotten back to me. My products are still not live.

DELIVERY ISSUES
I realize this has nothing to do with the product itself, but I had issues with the delivery. I was sent a notice that it would be delivered by UPS at my door. It was not! UPS delivered it to the post office and after a trip to the post office to track down my package and going online to file a complaint with USPS, I finally got my vinegar.
