The team you want behind you for this journey
We are so thankful to have chosen TWHC to help us make our dream of moving to Canada a reality. We felt like the team really cared about our experience and that we weren’t just a number to them. They were there for every step of the way, making what is a stressful process, far less stressful! I don’t think we could have managed to move overseas, in the midst of the pandemic, without these guys helping us navigate the tricky waters. We had a great winter job lined up when we arrived and they helped contribute to us finding some fantastic Summer work. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Amazing Service, 100% worth it
I am currently working in Whistler for the 22 summer. My whole experience with the working holiday club has been overwhelmingly positive.
I began the process for my visa while I had Covid at the start of the year and majorly stuffed it up. The crew was more than helpful and helped me navigate through the (painstakingly annoying) Canadian website on many occasions.
They kept us up to date with the whole process so you never felt worried things were taking to long and relayed all information given from Vail.
When you arrive in Canada you are met by one of the crew members and they take you through orientation, they also schedule you your bank appointment and provide you with a new SIM card and Canadian number. I am so so grateful I decided to go through TWHC because without them I wouldn’t have met so many beautiful individuals already. They have made moving halfway across the world such an easy transition and even after arriving in Canada they keep in touch and make sure you are doing well and settling in! I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering making the big move. I am even considering using the company again for a potential working holiday in London.

loving it so far
loving it so far. Started off in Banff with my mate for the summer and headed off to Whistler for the Winter now which Emma helped me set up. The wages have gone up to $20 at Whistler too.

Working for Vail
Working for Vail, is one of the biggest mistakes you can make when moving to Whistler. The staff housing is disgusting, the pay is horrible, You are at the bottom.
Save ur money. Go on ur own, lots of places offer staff housing. Work for a pub/club and receive triple the pay.

Summer
I had to delay my trip 12 months due to Covid and finally came over in Summer instead of Winter. I wasnt sure about it but my summer bucketlist is growing. These guys were great and sorted everything for me even with changing season. Im planning to stay on for the Winter Season at Whistler now

Dream come true!
Canada has always been my dream location! I decided to go through TWHC as they provided me with some much information and support, for my unique working holiday experience. Months prior to locking in my trip, I was supported all the way through, until i returned home. I thought at first, I might be only interested in staying for a max of 6 months.. little did i know I would be returning 2 years later.
Trip of a lifetime! thanks guys, will never forget this experience and couldn't recommend this program enough.

The Working Club Holiday - Go above and beyond.
I have to give a be shout out to John. John with referral to his accomplished team went above and beyond. Sadly the long working Visa waiting time discounted this working holiday as an option. Note to future travellers, allow 10 weeks before your departure date to get your Visa. Still, John went out of his way to help us. As many would know, when trying to find a trustworthy company to help you set up a fabulous and safe overseas adventure, you want to know the people behind it are the real deal. Thank you John for all your time and follow-up. If looking for a great overseas working holiday, start with The Working Club Holiday.
Unsupportive reneges
Due to COVID they couldn’t offer my partner or I work. I asked on multiple occasions for a refund due to the pandemic and they continuously refused, even after telling them of our circumstances and asking for even a small percentage back as we desperately needed the money.
No support or sympathy from them whatsoever. Their terms and conditions state that if they cannot get you work they will refund the money. Nowhere did it say this would not be honoured during global pandemics. Thousands out of pocket. Would give 0 stars if I could.

TWHC are the most helpful people!
the working holiday club has been incredibly helpful to me over the visa and job finding process for work in canada :)
i was feeling a lot of anxiety and stress around the entire visa/job search process but the people at TWHC made the whole process so easy for me, they answered every question i had along the way. they laid out everything step-by-step and made it really easy for me to follow.
throughout covid and all the curveballs that that threw at us, TWHC kept me updated all along the way and were gracious about postponing everything for me.
special shoutout to Emma who helped me out the most, she was unbelievably patient with me. i appreciated her help endlessly.
cannot recommend the working holiday club enough, they are brilliant people and the program is definitely worth looking into! thanks again :)

We made it!
I have been planning to get to Canada for the past year and a bit and when it was finally time to get things happening covid got in the way again as usual. We struggled and pushed through one hurdle after another w the visa but when we touched down in Vancouver airport all the tears stress and hard work was worth it instantly. Due to the extent of covid for the past 8 Months back in Qld it made it extremely difficult as opposed to normal to get the visa process complete and without Emma and her team at TWHC I would have given up for sure. They are amazing at what they do very quick to respond and it’s the added security of having housing and a job before you leave that makes a huge difference. Especially with their business contacts within the ski resorts and the IRCC made it so helpful. We couldn’t be happier here in Canada living the dream!
Would happily go through them again and already trying to convince my sister to move as well!

Can’t recommend this company more
Can’t recommend this company more. Had help from Emma throughout the whole process and it just makes it run so smoother. I decided on this last minute and was able to get everything organized in time with a secure job and housing when I arrived in Canada. Super helpful and great experience
Super helpful staff
Super helpful staff - I had help every step of the way and all my questions answered promptly. Always just an email or call away! Thanks guys

I think going through WHC is so worth it if you want to have a stress free experience!
I received continual support all the way through to me arriving in Canada. The visa process (especially during Covid-19) was so smooth thanks to the team, who were always there to answer questions and give advice.
I initially thought about doing the process by myself to save money, but I’m glad I went with WHC. I think for what you pay you definitely get your moneys worth.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
Went through the Working Holiday Club this season and am working as a guest relations host in Whistler Blackcomb. THANK YOUU! This was such a smooth transition and such an incredible company to go through. Emma was there every step of the way and the team to greet me here in Canada was amazing, fun and so helpful. Don’t look anywhere else.
These guys were awesome and helped me…
These guys were awesome and helped me through out the very long process of getting my visa throughout Covid and getting me to Canada for the Winter Season in 2021. The visa was a total muck around with covid and all the lockdowns and I could never have done it on my own!
Don’t do it!
Couldn’t offer my partner and I work due to COVID but they refused to provide a refund. Their policy says if they cannot offer you a position you will get a full refund. Apparently COVID doesn’t count. Even after advising my partner and I lost our jobs due to COVID and needed the funds (even a small part back), they refused. No sympathy or understanding at all from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
If I could give zero stars I would.
The most incompetent and useless company I have ever come across in my 25 years. They take young travellers money and offer absolutely nothing in return.
I came to the UK in May 2019 through TWHC and it has been my biggest regret yet. All the “support” and “assistance” that they promise (and what you have paid for) seems to disappear as soon as your plane lands at Heathrow. The housing and employment they offer is laughable. Homes that are barely liveable and work places that offer you less then 10 hours a week with the most inefficient and unorganised agency in London. The staff is completely incompetent and after numerous attempts to contact them via email, phone, Facebook and Instagram I am still left with no response. Avoiding myself and many others because we have complaints and the right to have our money refunded.
Do yourself a huge favour and don’t waste your money! There are plenty of other companies that offer these same services, or your better off doing it all on your own.
