Great service
Great service, and they were lovely by helping me place order. But was having issues with website. But really lovely crystals. Thanks :)

Great service, and they were lovely by helping me place order. But was having issues with website. But really lovely crystals. Thanks :)
I ordered some crystals from the Zen Shop online and was grateful before opening the box. The seller had used essential oils on the packaging that correspond with the crystals. The crystals themselves are beautiful, great price and bouncing with energy. Highly recommend! Thank you 🙂
Still awaiting order from 11th. Evri shows awaiting package, which means it still hasn’t been shipped out.
Being a business myself it’s disgusting to see the cost of postage. Evri 3-5 days £4.50 for a small package when in reality it costs £3.29 3-5 days.
Charging Royal Mail 2nd class £5.50, when 48 tracked costs £3.30 and 2nd class without tracking is £2.70 up to 750g.
If I knew it was going to take up to 5 days to deliver from Birmingham when I live 30 mins away I would have came to collect myself.
You need to do better and not rip off your customers which such high postage costs.

I've come here for crystals occasionally and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The range from crystals, to books, to singing bowls, to incense, and so much more is all very high quality and worth your money. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will gladly tell you whatever you need to know when buying something. The offers they give monthly are very reasonable and make you want to go to the store such as 'Free selenite when you spend £20 or more' this offer is very good as if you're going to spend that money on crystals you get free selenite to cleanse them. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing by or living in the area!
I had a list of items that I would've liked to have purchased at Zen today, but alas, they had virtually none of the items on my list.
So, I walked around the shop with commentary coming from an effeminate man who happened to be standing in the back of the shop.
Irish this, Irish that, he was very interested in Irish people all of a sudden, If it wasn't so obviously bigoted it would have been hilarious that he couldn't keep his horrid mouth closed. It was like a 1970s sketch of "In Sickness and in Health" or the other bad taste sitcoms of the era! You might think he would know better, but obviously not!
He had decided that I was Irish by dint of my hair colour and/or accent. It's kind of ironic, but Zen is in the Irish Quarter. He obviously doesn't know where the shop is located or the areas history. If you don't like Irish people, I suggest you move your shop elsewhere, either that, or lose your attitude, It's not appreciated!
I had a shopping list of items that, if were in stock, could have added up to £30/40. In the end, I'm glad I only spent £8, although I wish I had spent nothing. People like you aren't worth doing business with.
And when I put my items on the counter and said "I would have bought more", the woman half way jumped down my throat, saying, "You can buy what you like!"
I then had to point out they had nothing on my list and said "Have a nice day!" She looked down towards the counter and responded in an unwelcoming tone, something or other that was not immediately audible!
I left wondering why I bothered, suffice to say, I will not be darkening the door of this shop again.
I travelled a distance to get to Zen today in sweltering heat, not worth the time, energy, or money, anything I bought here could have been bought on Amazon for less without the bigotry!
I've bought from them multiple times online over the last few months and all I can say is the service has been excellent. Products packaged extremely well and sent out promptly. Their prices are excellent and their range of products is first rate. They have many oils that are usually nigh on impossible to purchase in this country, but they are able to source them and it is much appreciated.
They are now my go-to shop online and one of the first places I check if they might have something I need at that given time. If I'm ever in Birmingham, I'll be sure to visit the store.
Highly recommended!
I recently had had a reading done by Mel and it was really interesting sitting.
I was surprised how straight away a difficult last of my life was already shown in the cards.
Would definitely have a reading again.
My girlfriend and I went in to see what there is as it is about magik, crystals and herbs and we loved the shops, it has everything from singing bowls, herbs, oils for anointing, insense, dream catchers crystals, candles etc I would go back there if I am ever back in Birmingham.
The shop itself was amazing the staff were second to none however our readings were absolutely appalling the medium was on her phone looking on Facebook during my reading not only that my friend had a reading just after mine and had the exact same experience I think the shop needs to address this situation because I feel it will eventually put them in bad light which would be a great shame. Please address this zen the £40 that it cost felt like I might as well have flushed it down the toilet. Please listen to people as I know I am not first and probably won’t be the last. Your shop is amazing
We are all spiritual being’s the zen shop has all the tools for our spiritual growth and well being. The books and the Crystal’s that I have got from zen. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and being in the shop especially gives you a comfortable feeling of peace and tranquillity due to all the crystals
I've bought a mandala meditation cushion from them for 11.99£ in Nov/2020.
It arrived with a horrible smell like it was mouldy or something like that. Opened the zip and put it outside for a while but the smell never went away. I tried to contact to them with no chance.
Horrible product, horrible customer service. Just avoid.
The cushion went into the bin a while ago. I just came across with the bill and remembered that I haven't informed people about this company.
I have a meditation cushion from another company now. It is not made of mouldy old stuff.
This is also health and safety risk from my point of view. I tried to meditate on that cushion, deeply breathing and stuff. I am quite allergic and I've got blocked each time , then it went in the bin.
I went to collect some things for my birthday from the Zen Shop in Digbeth and the lady was absolutely lovely!!! She was very helpful and I got two beautiful rings and she gave me a free Zen tote bag with some free incense in for me to use as it was my birthday soon! I thought that was absolutely lovely and she even wrapped my rings up in a box with purple tissue paper with a gold bow on top!
