I love their products
I love their products. I've been using the solid shampoo for a year now and it is super convenient to travel and leaves the hair and scalp superclean for up to a week. I have started using the deodorant and I am also very happy with it. The shop is well organized, have regular offers and order procedure is fast.

No customer service
They didn’t provide a refund that I was entitled to and ignored several emails asking about it. It’s a shame that I won’t be shopping there anymore, as the products were nice.

Reliable seller but unreliable product quality
The zero waste shop always reliably ships the order quickly, and i have never experienced any problems with it, but every time i order i get more and more disappointed in the quality of the products they sell. Especially personal care products. I know it's hard finding good zero waste products, but it's not impossible. Paying quite a premium for these products, i would expect them to have gotten through some kind of quality check by the reseller - to ensure customer satisfaction.
So far the body soaps felt really cheap, dried out my skin.
Same with Isangs solid shampoo bar. Impossible to wash out of long hair, leaves hair dry and sticky from the residue.
Amazinc! SPF creams...ugh. Both unspreadable over your body. the SPF 30+ butter just leaves your skin pink, from it's tinted pink color, and the SPF 50+ sun screen leaves horrible white residue. It was a little better on my shaved legs, but as soon as there was a hint of body hair, it was a disaster.
I want to be sustainable and mindful of what i use, but i ended up wasting so much money here on something that i just couldn't use.

First of all thank you for your support over almost 2 years now. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with some of our products. May I suggest that parts of this review could belong on the product review site instead. This way other customers can read your personal experience with these products and use that to evaluate. Natural personal care products are very individual, and, for example, the very shampoo bar you mention does not work for you is a personal favourite of many other of our customers.
We are of course sad to see a two starred review, as we are a small family business, that rely on people’s trust and good experiences. Our products are thoroughly researched and tested by us, and friends & family, and we stand behind the brands and products we sell, and constantly evaluate based on customer feedback.
We do hope that your overall experience with us over the years and you coming back to shop with us many times does reflect the overall shopping experience at our store. Fast delivery and great products
Fast delivery, great service! I loved the reusable bag - truly limiting waste to the minimum. Product selection on the website is also quite huge.
I will order again and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
