Thimpress charges for its customers to have support.
That would be awesome if support worked efficiently.
My case was with their product Paid Membership Pro Add-On. This add-on just doesn't work properly. When someone on my website buys a Membership plan he finds his Profile without any course.

I requested that Thimpress fix this. They are disorganized, they don't seem to know what they are doing. Looks like the product isn't even theirs. It's insane! They, who are the developers, should know how to solve a product they created themselves, but they don't.
Result of more than a week of support: I was at square one.

Another very bad thing is the delay in responding. There are more than 30 hours to answer a question. And when they answer they are shallow, they don't ask anything to try to better understand the problem. It is an elusive lack of interest in solving the customers problem.
I think the only solution I have is to make a new website without Learnpress.

I wasted a lot of time and money and even here with this. I wasted a lot of time and money and even here with this.

If I were to talk about Thimpress I would say, stay away, look for another company that cares more about its customers.

i purchased the theme from themeforest. i paid for 6 months of support but didn't receive any support from them, it 2 week now.

Support is worst. Theme is very slow and has many limitations. I wasted my money by purchasing eduma theme.
Support team behavior is very rude. they dont provide proper resolution.

Best support, team support fast, friendly

poor support. the worst wp theme provider I have ever seen. Eduma theme is not recommanded.
