"Frustrated and Unfairly Charged: Losing Trust in Their Service
I was really looking forward to having my child as a patient at this clinic, but I'm extremely frustrated with how things turned out. I had to cancel an appointment a week in advance due to an unexpected business trip. I called the clinic to cancel, and I thought everything was taken care of. But now, I'm receiving calls and texts demanding a $50 payment for a no-show. It seems like the person who took my call didn't process the cancellation properly, and now I'm being unfairly charged as if I never canceled at all. When I reached out to customer service, they had no record of my call, so it's essentially my word against theirs. This whole situation has left me feeling very uneasy. How can I trust that my appointment is truly canceled when I do it over the phone? Even though it’s only $50, I feel wrongfully charged, and it’s making me lose trust in the service they provide.
