Customer service and product are great!
The sales associate, delivery process, installation of equipment with technician guidance over the phone, and functionality of the security system have been great! We were quite amazed with the customer service provided by both the sales associate and technician! I'm not very technologically savvy and they explained everything very clearly.

Transition from Old to New Made Easy
The transition from our older system (3G8 to my new updated system (5G) was actually quite smooth with the help of the technicians! It did take a bit of time but we were able to do it when it suited us (evenings). We are happy with the equipment and find it very user friendly. Their customer service is very good as well. I would happily recommend this company!

Easy to install DIY alarm system
Very recently installed a Think Protection alarm system... so far, so good! I have a few questions about app functionality, which is just due to me getting used to how it works, but other than that—all good!
It's an easy to install DIY system, guided (on the phone) by a Think Pro technician who clearly and patiently takes you through all the necessary steps.
Customer service reps were friendly and didn't try to upsell when I making the initial purchase.
The system itself (and its accompanying app) is easy to use and can be expanded to include home automation, etc.

Took a long time to set up - lots of calls and delay
Not registered with Police - taking a long time to receive an email for this to get set up.
Found out the sensor in our basement is not working.
Called to change the sensor name. Spoke to a representative and then it was not done.

I was impressed by Customer Service and…
I was impressed by Customer Service and would have to recommend Think Protection. There were a few minor difficulties with my initial order and beck order but everything was addressed and dealt with in good time. As an existing customer with wired system I expected that my system would be inactivated automatically when my wireless system started but that did not happen and we dealt with it by calling support. It would have been a nice touch if new system would include a backplate to cover the wired system touchpad area because that looks grotesque when removed and ismissing any paint. Putting a pin pad in the middle of unpainted border would look silly.

The technician was really good at install guidance. Garage door tilt sensor and pin pad did not work though. Literature that people can read up on before actual install would be helpful and fasten the process.

I needed to upgrade my 4 year system…
I needed to upgrade my 4 year system after moving to a larger home. The flexibility in doing so including some free transition months, device discounting and excellent customer service by folks like Shacquan did more than just ease the process. In particular Thinkpro has kept up with rapid changes in technology including SIM Wifi power backup and advanced App convenience easily installable by any lay person, . As a Network Engineer I recommend Thinkpro to any homeowner who prefers to be in control of changes and portability of their system

Your customer service is the worse I…
Your customer service is the worse I have ever come across. I had a family member die and was busy trying to arrange things for her funeral. My Costco MasterCard had been changed to CIBC. They were not able to get in touch with me due to the death. The person that I spoke with was very rude and I would never recommend Think Protection to anyone. I'm currently looking for another provider. As soon as I get one I'm cancelling their awful service.
