For this item,the sizing of this support closely follows men's standard T-shirt sizes. If you are larger in the chest or arms, you may need to size up.

System Error, Rude Customer Service — Avoid for Medical Aid
Review of ThinkSport (Invoice TS42145)
I ordered two Actimove Open-Patella Knee Braces in size Large. However, my order confirmation/invoice only shows the braces without a size listed as the paid item, and then automatically added two Extra Large braces free of charge.
When the delivery arrived, all I received were XL braces — not the size L that I selected and needed. When I called to resolve this, I was told I had placed the order incorrectly and would have to return the goods at my own expense.
This is unacceptable. The issue lies in ThinkSport’s ordering system — it did not record the size I chose, and instead defaulted to sending the wrong items. These are medical aids, not casual purchases, and the dismissive, rude response from customer service was both unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
Customers should not be penalised for errors in the company’s system.

The items you purchased were sold as a bundle, so you have paid for the three items you received.
The invoice shows the items you purchased individually on your invoice, but these are the component items of the bundle.
I have thoroughly tested the purchasing process of the bundle and you are required to select the size you need. However, if you do not select a size, the order defaults to the smallest size.
I tested the system many times with different permutations and every time, the knee braces defaulted to the smallest size.
We of course are happy to provide the return instructions, but as the items are not faulty, and we delivered your order as you selected, I am sorry that we cannot cover the cost of the return.
Very shortly after you placed your order, you received a confirmation of your order via email and this shows the knee supports were size extra large. I am very sorry if you may have missed this.
I am sorry if you felt that the person you spoke to, and the following correspondence was rude. That certainly was not their intention and they were trying their best to help you. Their tone was not rude and the issue you experienced was difficult to explain, so I understand your frustration.
I hope this helps to explain the circumstances which resulted in your feedback, but if you do need anything further, please let me know.

Very irresponsible seller
The size chart for the Podalux shoe is clearly inaccurate. I purchased based on the chart, but the shoes arrived far too large. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful, claiming it was the manufacturer’s sizing. However, as a reseller, you have a responsibility to inform customers if a product typically runs large. No effort was made to resolve the issue, and you refused to offer a refund or exchange, despite the sizing error being your responsibility.

Think carefully which one to get after a hip replacement. The hip one might be the wrong one.
For recovery after a hip replacement, a friend recommended the AirCast Cold Cuff. It had worked wonders on their knee. Went for the hip & back model -- but it turned out that ice was needed all the way up the *thigh*, whoopsie. That's on us. Used the hip cast around the leg while the XL *Thigh* attachment was en route, and it was effective. The XL Thigh version though, suffers from scale issues: all of the water in the base unit drains into it, leaving a lump of ice and no water pre-cooled for circulation/replacement. Sooo.. do get the knee one; do get the hip one (to use on thighs) l don't get the thigh one.
