I ordered a Knee Brace from them…
I ordered a Knee Brace from them recently, following the sizing guide I chose the correct size. When it arrived it was too small. No big deal. However, when attempting to return it they outright lied that it was returned damaged and were refusing a refund. Everything was returned as it arrived and they know that. I would stay away as this is incredibly poor practice.
Edit: according to other reviews this is not the first time they’ve done this. I would consider serious caution when doing business with this company.

Further to your comments, please allow me to disagree with your assessment of our returns process.
Whenever an item is returned to us, our team takes the utmost care in ensuring the said return gets processed within a timely manner, and with an understanding that customers have had to try items on prior to deem them unsuitable.
Despite your assumptions, most returns get processed as per our customers requirements and to their satisfaction, as kindly fed back to us by our many satisfied customers. Sadly, and as you can surely understand, we cannot possibly accept any returned items presenting pulled stitches and stains, such as in your case.

The item was well made however two parts of the bracket were tight. I ordered an X Large the left side of the foot was digging into my foot and the half bracket that went around your leg was also very tight and it was sore to walk

Great ankle support
Really delighted with my purchase of the aircast ankle brace. I broke my ankle 8 weeks ago and with the integral splinting on either side of my ankle It has given my ankle very good support and therefore I have confidence of movement on the tennis court

I got my Donjoy Reaction brace to aid patella tracking and a little bit of crepitus that normally causes no issue unless I’m skiing. This year it supported my knee very well with only the tiniest amount of swelling that soon went down. A BIG. I
Pro enemy from when I skied with no brace.

So far so good.
I have worn the new ankle support a number of times now and I'm very happy with the protection it affords me during my games of basketball.
As a 50 year old person who has rolled their ankle often in the past, this support gives me the confidence to play again.

My experience with Think Sport was excellent. My order was delivered within five days in good condition. Unfortunately the person this item was meant for had her operation declined due to underlying health problems. The item was no longer of use to me, I contacted Think Sport with regards to returning the item. I received prompt guidance and excellent attention to my issue with a full refund.
