I was scammed too!

Like those before me, I was scammed. Ordered a shirt and they signed me up for a membership for $29.99 a month, and the shirt was crap! After one washing the plastic design on the shirt began chipping and deteriorating. I got a refund for the shirt and one month of membership, but no refund for many months of charges I didn't catch. They keep asking if there is anything else they can do, but don't respond to requests for a full refund. It's a New Age Rip Off! BEWARE!

They refuse to send me my order

They refuse to send me my order, refund it, and cancel my membership after emailing them multiple times over the last month and a half. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and recommend anybody else with these experiences should do the same. Let’s take these scammers down!

This company is such a waste of time…

This company is such a waste of time energy and money! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT!!!!!!!! Literally sent me a package filled with all the wrong sized items, then made me pay for shipping to return, even though I'm supposedly a "Member", and then on top of that they no longer can give me a refund because I don't I have the receipt from the post offices while I've been in another country the past 3 months. MY NAME IS ON THE EFFING PACKAGE!!!!! I've been dealing with this for over 2months now and I refuse to be silent any longer! This company is absolute garbage and a disgrace to the third eye. Be better! Don't waste your time here...

Stay away from this scam business

Not sure why some reviews here say their products are “ok” or “decent” They make low quality shirts, (made from an outdated silk screen process that will fall apart after a few washes) all you have to do is pay for shipping. I was under the impression that this was a way to promote their company. I payed $6.95 for shipping and a week later my debit card was hit with a reoccurring membership fee for $29.95 a month. This business model is super shady and they know this. I had to email them to cancel my unauthorized membership which made me overdraft my bank account and the bank will not refund my money. Stay far away from this company.

Fraudulent Membership Fee

Third Eye Society automatically charges a monthly membership fee without telling the customer. The purchase order even states “no membership fee” yet, they will charge you. You have to email them to cancel - there’s no option to cancel your “membership” on their website. EXTREMELY shady business practice.

I found them on Facebook

I made a purchase, even added on the $7 tapestry. They clearly stated in the confirmation email that I had a 1x free membership. Two days later they charged me $30 membership. I called them, left a message.. no reply. I emailed them and they said I clicked a box saying I agreed to membership fees. This is all lies. They are scammers and this is not okay.

I FOUND THEM ON INSTAGRAM!!!

I FOUND THEM ON INSTAGRAM!!!
I bought clothes off of instagram before with no problems. I saw their add, bought a t-shirt for $18.95 and unbeknownst to me I became a member automatically. I never agreed to being a member and damn sure didn't know it was a fee of $29.95 a month. I never made an account, they make one for you and give you a password. I never knew until today when I checked my bank account they charged me $29.95 for 3 months!!!
When I emailed them to cancel they said I agreed to it. I emailed back and said cancel my membership again and I want a refund. No response, trust me I will keep writing reviews until it's rectified. This is horrible.

Shady business.

This company has some shady business practices. They fish people with their low-priced merchandise and little do they know that they are also being signed up for a monthly membership. They claim there's a box that needs to be unchecked at check out to opt out but there was no opt out option. Unless it was really small and out of view. If you're on your phone making the purchase it's even harder to spot. Make sure to look well because somewhere there is some small print. From the looks of it, I am not the only one they got with their shady tactic.

I was scammed out of 30$ on my wifes…

I was scammed out of 30$ on my wifes credit card. They said i have to manually click terms and agreements in order to purchase but i have an older 2004 computer that does not show all this extra content on sites and instead of them not letting purchase go through they automatically accepted this for me. Charging me 30$ for a monthly service i was unaware of without my consent. So far they have done nothing to resolve this issue, if i dont hear anything soon i will be contacting my lawyer and will be receiving even more compensation due to emotional stress. Surely they would much rather refund 30$ then me use my family lawyer for free and receive far more from them than that. We will see.

It’s a scam

Third Eye Society's business model is to tempt you with cheap clothes and get you to become a paying member of their organization without realizing it. When checking out, it’s incredibly easy to miss the fine print that says that by making a purchase on their site, you agree to pay a monthly membership fee. They’re counting on you missing this, as this fee is deceptively absent from your order total; it only hits your card or bank 2 days later. And the text telling you this is located away from where your eyes are directed on the page.

You will need to contact them by email to have them cancel your membership. And if you think they are going to refund the membership fee you accidentally paid for, then you don’t understand their business model. This ought to be illegal, but here we are.

The T-shirts I got from there are actually pretty good quality, but scamming people into paying a monthly membership fee is unforgivable.

I saw their advertisement on Facebook…

I saw their advertisement on Facebook and liked the price plus design on the t-shirt. The company is not clear about how to this works. Apparently you have to be a member to purchase their goods. That membership is about 18 dollars per month! So I got 2 t- shirts for 23 dollars including shipping. And! An extra 18 dollars for membership fees. Then again the next month. T-shirts were ok and the cheap free gift too. Watch it! When ordering from that company.
