Avoid, I came to Stuart Williams in January 2020 and he sold me the Wolverhampton development and said it would complete in April 2021. It is now January 2023 and it is still not completed. I asked him to sell the property as I did not want to complete on it. We arranged a zoom meeting and he said he could sell it for me and refund my deposit. I asked for a second zoom meeting and he didn't turn up. He didn't even apologise for it. He did it on purpose as he didn't want to really help me. He is a big lier and a person with no integrity. I emailed and called so many times, he didn't respond at all. In the end I was stuck so I went through the legal route.

In the end I went through solicitors and have got my money back as the Long Stop Date had passed anyway and I gave a termination notice in.

The developer has had no projects completed in the last 3 years that Thirlmere Deacon have sold so the investors here. Are you wondering if your project will complete? Surely you got to be upset? anyway I've got my money back now, avoid Thirlmere Deacon and all associated with it! Disgrace ! Complete disgrace. This is no way to do business.

Strange how this firm has a negative credit rating and meaningless accounts . Probably have written their own reviews on here. How would one invest with a company with ZERO credit rating and accounts which indicate the opposite of success. Steer clear

Living in the U.S. I was extremely nervous about investing overseas, especially since this was my first time! The property of my interest is located in Tanzania, therefore I contacted the project Site office but the Site agent was a little slow getting information over to me. On my Second call somehow an offsite agent gave me a callback and all my worries and concerns were no more, because of Nichola Harrison! I have been in touch with TD for around 18 months now, discussing expanding my portfolio and recently exchanged on my first property through them thanks to the help of John. His approach was very factual and ROI driven, which appeals to me as an investor who appreciates the analytical side of a deal. He didn’t push a hard sell and due to unforeseen personal circumstances it was 18 months until I could proceed with my first deal through TD. Despite this, John was very patient and understanding, which to me indicates a prioritisation and recognition of a long term working partnership over quick wins.
John was also able to offer several alternative investments to suit my preference / risk appetite / budget.

Once we agreed on a property to go for, Sandi stepped in to assist with the execution of the deal and assist with solicitors etc. Her help was invaluable.

As a team, John and Sandi (as well I’m sure as the rest of the TD team) have been outstanding and I’m looking forward to working together again in the future.

Be careful before paying any money to Thirlmere Deacon. In the end, they will say to you SORRY we were cheated by others (Seller and Developer) !!!

After we expect to lose at least 50% of our deposit and maybe more due to the seller not being able to complete the property after more than 3 years. This is Thirlmere Deacon's attitude "We do apologize we cannot be more of assistance on your case....."

Thirlmere Deacon dealing with Solomon Investment Partners and Solomon are nothing but lies and bend the truth, I'm still waiting for any update to progress on site which I'm sure it's not progressed at all.
The first Target date was Dec 2021 (Missed)....
Second target date Dec 2022 (Missed)
The third Target date should be at the end of Q1,2023. (I strongly expect it will also be missed).

I had been thinking about buying a property for several months, and had been through all the competing websites. Lots of good information, but not always great follow-up service on enquiries. So I had quite a lot of anxiety about the best location, price and something can meet my requirements. With multi option from "Owen" I had settled on a place to invest in, "Sandi" also was great in following up with all other partners to fit my requirements. Now, I finalized the contract exchange stage and looking forward closing the deal soon.
