The Alice program has caused ongoing issues for both staff and the HR team, with frequent concerns that keep needing to be addressed.

Alice is nothing but problems. We live in an area where many of our employees commute via ferry which can cost around $25 each way. Because of the way Alice does their accounting, carrying over billing from previous months, our employees constantly have to deal with transactions being denied because they’re “$325” balance is actually only around $120. So by the 7th of the month our employees are being told they’ve met their max even though they haven’t even spent $100.

The IRS very clearly defines transportation benefits as being available on a calendar month basis but Alice has decided to use their own fraudulent method to calculate a month and no one can tell us exactly what dates their using.

For the sake of your employees find another provider. The Alice program is nothing but headaches for your employees and for your HR team who is constantly having to field complaints.

as an employer of ~50 people, i find alice to be the easiest benefit i can provide, plus it saves our company on payroll taxes! once set up, it's all fairly automated and i seldom have to give it a thought, although new staff often need follow up to get signed up.

The pre-tax spending would help me to give back the tax money on and put on my upcoming paycheck.

Using Alice for the 1st time was so easy. It was easy to understand, easy to setup, and easy to figure out what I needed. I wish I knew about Alice earlier it would have saved me so much more money.

Alice has a great website that is easy to follow and has a lot of quick answers and resources ready for anyone to understand. The customer service was also very fast and so clear to follow!

The best, user-friendly, customer-oriented, technology-based benefit program! Alice listens to customer feedback and makes improvements to provide their customers great benefit programs and services. I couldn't be happier.
