I started working with This Not That Agency at the beginning of 2025. It began with small projects and some consulting on how to improve our marketing. Very quickly, I realised how dedicated and detail-oriented the team were, and we decided to explore a deeper partnership. Since then, we’ve developed a new logo, branding, and website together. They’ve been pivotal in increasing our sales and, more importantly, in helping us create a brand that truly reflects the quality of our service.
Two members of the team even travelled out to Tanzania to meet our staff and film a documentary on Kilimanjaro, which shows their commitment and passion for what they do. It’s been genuinely refreshing to work with an agency that handles everything in-house and operates as a cohesive, creative team.
