Great service. A very quick response from Gary when I contacted him. He came out the next day to give us a quote and JD installed our new boiler the very next day. I would totally recommend Thistle Boilers.

Good trustworthy company had my boiler replaced same day,tidied up after themselves,10 Yr warranty and boiler seems nice and quiet and more economical right away.

Excellent service. Gary responded immediately to our online enquiry. He carried out a survey the following day (Monday) and the boiler was fitted on Tuesday. The free flush was most welcome. The work carried out by JD was clean, thorough and efficient. Highly recommended.

Stumbled across Thistle Boilers on Facebook and decided to get in touch for a quote for a new boiler. Gary was super fast getting back to me and came out the next day. He was honest and explained I could possibly get the boiler serviced to enable it to last a little longer, he also broke down the cost of a new one, explained my options etc. A week later however whilst I was weighing up my options , my boiler completely died.
I contacted him and one of his guys JD came out a couple of days later to fit my new boiler. He fixed a radiator pipe so my pressure wouldn’t drop, he noticed the radiators weren’t working as they should and instead of keeping quiet (like a previous company had been doing for years) he located a valve under a floor upstairs and turned it on so I would get more heat! He managed to get a radiator working which had been cold for 10yrs!! I’m honestly so happy with the service provided. He really did make sure the job was done properly before he left. Also, no mess was left behind which was a bonus! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

From survey to installation everything was courteous,professional and efficient I cannot rate Gary and his team highly enough the job was completed with no problems the fitter was courteous kept the place clean and did a really first class job,if your getting a new boiler definitely go for thistle ,a great service

Got a quote which was good value. Agreed for work to commence and completed promptly.

Replied instantly to request for a quote. Came out within a couple of day's for survey and estimate. Gary was really helpful, knowledgeable and gave me options.
Work carried out a few day's later.
Workmanship second to none. Hardly any disturbance, no mess at all clean and all packaging and old equipment removed.

Couldn’t have been a better experience. Shayne came out on the Monday, new boiler fitted early the following week. We have an old house needing renovations, and I knew there would be issues replacing the old boiler. The guys were good natured and patient despite endless problems with our old heating system. Would highly recommend.

We’ve just had our boiler fitted by Thistle Boilers, and I genuinely cannot fault them.

From the very beginning, Garry offered expert advice and took the time to explain everything clearly. After thr survey, JD then came and fitted our new Worcester Bosch boiler in a single day. He worked incredibly hard, didn’t stop, and the installation was completed to the highest standard.

Garry even popped in during the day to make sure everything was going smoothly, which really shows their commitment to customer care.

To finish things off, Thistle came to clear away all the mess and saved us the hassle of arranging uplift or a trip to the recycling centre ourselves.

Now that is what I call excellent service, and it’s rare to experience that level of professionalism nowadays.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Thistle Boilers.

Whole process from start to finish went well. Arrived as arranged. Boiler installed with little fuss. Fitter left the area clean and old boiler and waste materials were quickly removed. Good experience overall. Happy to recommend this company.

Fantastic from start to finish Gary came out and survived my house and had his boys out the next morning…. Eamonn the gas engineer could not help us enough 10/10 experience….. highly recommend

Fabulous service from start to finish, Shayne made me feel at ease when deciding about my new boiler. JD was professional and thorough when fitting it, even though there were a few complications along the way he took it in his stride and was still smiling after a VERY long day. Im delighted and would highly recommend Thistle Boilers.

This should have been a 2 man job but Eamonn was left to do it on his own. He did a great job but had to work his ass off till 9pm to finish it and make sure we had water and heating so a big thank you to Eamonn for your efforts. A little bit of brick work to do but thats a mute point.
Thistles sales guy shayne was great unlike 1or 2 others that quoted and after some negotiation i felt it was a fair deal so i would recommend Thistle for Boiler needs.

Absolutely incredible service! I was well informed and a new boiler was fitted within 24hours of first contacting! I am so pleased with the service thank you very much !
