Very dishonest and misleading dealer.
Before buying the bike, I was clearly told it came with 6 months warranty and that any issues or repairs would be fully covered by the company. After sending the bike to a local authorised dealer for a full health check, several problems were found. The repair cost was quoted at £500–£600, and the dealer then refused to take responsibility.
On top of that, this situation has already cost me £270 out of my own pocket for changing the insurance policy and other related expenses — all before even fixing the bike.
Promises are made to secure the sale, but once payment is taken, they disappear. Very unprofessional behaviour and a complete lack of honesty. I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealer.
