Great service from start to finish

We were really impressed with the service from this hard-working team. When Adrian came to quote for us he was very friendly and helpful, giving us practical advice and money-saving tips about packing up. Booking the removal was straightforward and communication was good with the office. On removal day the team arrived on time and were very friendly and respectful, and they worked so hard to get everything packed on to two vans, wrapping furniture and electrical items with their own blankets and covers. They worked non-stop to get the job finished and delivered as soon as possible whilst taking care of the objects, and listening to our requests for where to place things in the new house. In addition they charge a competitive price. Highly recommended.

Great removal company communication was outstanding always returned calls if unavailable promptly, very friendly and helpful the lads on the day worked hard and very effiently, pricing was great and would recommend these guys

Cracking service from start to finish.
Adrian,Sean,Matt & Tom turned up bang on time & it was plain to see they are all very professional, put mats down in hall & stairs & loaded the van meticulously with items of furniture seperated by blankets. They were all very polite & friendly & work extremely hard even on a baking hot day, when we got to our new house & got the keys they were at it straight away, nothing was to too much trouble. They are clean tidy & very professional a real great bunch of lads. They were considerably cheaper than other quotes we had and I would happily & confidently recommend these guys for a house move. 10/10

A big thank you to Ade and the team for the extremely professional and friendly service. They made our house move yesterday as stress free as it could possibly be. Thank you to Thomas Bell removals. They moved us into our new home completely stress free and was very efficient and worked so hard to pack everything quickly. They took care of our belongings and helped us in every way possible (even fitting our sofa together in the new house). We honestly couldn't of done it without you guys! You made the move so smooth and to be honest the most helpful thing is that we didn't have to take anything out of our draws as they took them as they were and this was such a massive help to us when packing up (every other removal company we had quotes from told us that we needed to empty draws).
Thank you again, we would definitely recommend and use again!

Absolute professionals from start to finish a stress free experience managed to perfection by Adrian and Tom and the team,everything packed away by 4.30pm driven 120 miles and all unloaded and in the new home by 11.00am the next morning all delivered safely and with the utmost care taken,would highly recommend these guys !!!!

I would recommend Thomas Bell Removals. All the team were polite, friendly and respectful. There was good communication throughout the whole moving process, and they worked very efficiently, taking care of my auntie's goods they moved. It was nice to meet their mascot Lily also.

Very friendly and efficient service. Adrian kept us fully informed throughout. My Mum only got her keys at the end of the day but the team were very understanding and adaptable. Everyone was polite, efficient and cheerful and took great care. I would certainly recommend.

The quote was way under others, and included everything we needed. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Communication was really clear and all staff were phenomenal. Would highly recommend.

Moving house has been made a lot easier with this company. This was my first time using a company to do this , my worries were met with great communication and nothing was to much trouble . After this experience I would definitely use this company again. The staff were brilliant they were reliable, professional and polite. Our house move went smoothly and I Would highly recommend them.

We were so worried about moving our stuff and when we hired this company they made it so easy for us as they did everything for us, while we didn’t have to lift a finger. Adrian came recommended to move my mother from Lincoln to Cannock at short notice. He organised the move with me by WhatsApp alone and arranged for storage. On the day, Sean and Tom arrived and didn't stop all day in 30 deg heat. They worked non stop and took the time to arrange mum's furniture in her new flat and went above and beyond to get her settled in.
