Zero stars. As all other reviewers have said (wish I'd read these reviews before) YOU MUST NOT buy from these frauds. Still waiting on my refund for incredibly poor quality clothing, and doubt I will ever see the money again. I may see if my credit card company can help.
Do not use this company!!!
Same as other reviewers - spent £122 thinking this was a UK company closing down, as per their advert. Order took weeks to arrive and when it did the items were nothing like those pictured. Company offered a 40% refund and an address overseas for which I’d have to pay return postage. My suspicions were high so I contacted Barclaycard, who opened an investigation and dispute. It took a month but I won the dispute and Barclaycard refunded me - so thankful I used my credit card to purchase! The clothes will either go to charity or, as I don’t think even they’d want them, be used for muddy dog walking!
My partner purchased from here. horror story.
Firstly she bought a sweater and bizarrely was not charged despite the item being shipped. This confused her so she went to check out the website in more detail and found these reviews so quickly cancelled her card.
She thought she'd got away with it as no money was taken.
We had recently house sitted for a friend so were at a different address for a short period.
Well the company obviously also sells on your personal details because this week she has been targeted by a scammer with her card details trying to make payments to a dodgy payment portal and claiming to be HSBC.
When she called him out he quoted the address we were only at for a few weeks and made a threat to visit the house.
Police involved but they say it happens all the time.
In the end we lost no money but the event was quite shocking and nasty.
This company is absolute scum
ZERO STARS
THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND THEY ARE FRAUDS
The item you get sent doesn’t look like the picture and is nylon you’d go up with a wosh if you stood nea a naked flame they are rude don’t respond and I’m out of pocket with a terrible jumper
ZERO STARS! As per all other reviews, I purchased a jumper (advertised at over £144.99, selling for £34.95) on 18.1.24 which bore no resemblance to the photo on the website. Stupidly/stubbornly I decided to return at my own expense and whilst initially helpful in terms of giving me the return address the company have not acknowledged any of the emails I have sent since, asking if they have received the item. I suspect they have blocked me...In addition, I thought I was returning for a full refund but other reviewers have mentioned only 30%...
The website shows 4.7/5 for over 37,000 reviews...of course the actual reviews are nowhere to be found, what a joke!
I've given up hope of receiving either a reply or any cash but at least feel a tiny bit better having written this and seeing others who've had the same experience. Surely something can be done about sites like this?? BUYER BEWARE, IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. As per every other review total fraudsters. Poor quality, a waterproof jacket which is a poor quality fleece. Total false selling and no chance of a refund
Zero stars. This is a scam website based in China not London. Similar to others I ordered a beautiful looking Fair isle sweater (which supposedly retailed at £128) only to finally receive a very nasty cheap polyester copy. Returns are at your own expense to a warehouse in China. They offered me a 30% refund which I took as the return postage was £17. The sweater will go to a charity shop or a clothes bank. Dreadful company. Avoid.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I was completely scammed by ThomasLondon.co.uk. The jumper I received was a cheap nasty polyester copy of the jumper in the photo (advertised) and when I wanted to return it, although the company implies it's in London and there's a UK returns address on the package, when I asked for a returns form/code by email they insisted that I must return it to an address in China to get a refund. The parcel took more than 2 weeks to arrive, they are based in China not London/UK, selling the cheapest nastiest copies of goods that look nothing like the quality image in the photo (which I assume they found on another site).
Appalling. Reviews on website are false.. Link doesn't work. It's a total scam. Wanted to send jumper back and no way to get refund. Not based in London. All sent from China to PO box in England. The clue is the emails sent at 0300 and a PayPal link that doesn't function.
Can't believe I fell for this either!
My experience is as per other reviews, of course it’s a scam. The items are dreadful quality, polyester badly finished machine knitwear, would never have commanded the advertised original price, and the discounted price is ridiculously overpriced. It’s absolute tat.
I fell for scam - a 3am January chilly decision, cannot believe I didn’t check first.
Returns process is obstructive and corresponding with them is like pulling teeth, the website pledges 100 💯 no questions asked return, but no returns label supplied and 8 emails on I’m still at impasse of ‘return it to “our warehouse” in Asia at your own cost, for a 30% refund’. They refuse to supply warehouse address or acknowledge any of the consumer rights breaches.
I suggest that this trust pilot link be attached to all of their deceptive advertising.
Absolute scam! And I fell for it! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. Exactly the same experience as the other reviews. They don’t advertise a return address. I’ve asked 4 times now and finally got an address in China! You have to return at your cost. The sweaters are beyond dreadful quality. 100% polyester, definitely not as advertised, necklines dreadful, no contact phone number, totally misleading marketing in every way possible. Can’t believe they can actually get away with this. So upset.
The item is shipped from China. Badly packaged. The jumper is awful quality, not the fine knit shown in the photo - 100% polyester! And the arms are too short.
No chance of returning as sent from China.
Avoid, a complete scam. Nothing to do with London!
I cannot believe I have fallen for a scam but I have with this ‘company’. I bought a coat which is such poor quality - I’ve seen better on Accrington market. Same process as described in the other 2 reviews for a return where I’ve been told to pay for the return to China, and that they’ll only refund 30%. Still emailing - not happy
I hve now received a full refund from this company. Thank you
I had the same experience as the last reviewer. Very poor quality jumper. Faulty stitching. Asked for a refund onto my card. No communication. An offer of another jumper was made which I do not want. No cash refunded Do not use this company
