I needed a mover urgently to move me at a days notice, which Amy organised quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Tom, Alex and Lee were friendly, professional and efficient on the day and I'm really happy with everything so far.

I can not thank Thomas Reed Removals and Storage enough for making one of the most stressful things in life so much easier. They made my move stress free and easy from start to finish. Excellent, professional service from Thomis Reed and at a great price too. Everything was packed up efficiently (and so quickly!) and was unpacked even more quickly at the destination over 350 miles away. Huge thanks to Vicky in the office and Tom, Jim and Lee (who did all the heavy lifting) for making my relocation so easy and stress free!

This company are great. We had a domestic move and they packed us up properly, moved us safely and got us in on time with no mishaps.

Vicky in the office had such a 'can do' approach and was so helpful in the planning stages.

On what was probably one of the hottest days of the year Tom and his team worked hard all day, and were unfailingly thoughtful and careful.

Hopefully we wont be moving again for a while, but we would certainly use Thomis Reed again. Two Luton vans proved more managable that one large vehicle. Well done everyone.

The guys who came to remove our furniture into store arrived early and worked hard. Similarly when they returned our furniture to our new address.
Storage was dry and secure.
I would recommend them.

having moved with my wife and 5 children I have to say, having thought it would be the most stressful move in the world... I was completely wrong. from start to finish the office ladies were extremely helpful and polite (good fun too!) communication maintained throughout and the booking was made and completed as instructed. The boys arrived on times, smart and polite.... they worked extremely well and efficiently throughout the day. I could not rate them highly enough, absolute pros at what they do. Top class removal company, great price, even better service 😁 thank you

5***** company! The lady that gave us a quote was lovely and friendly. Had a quote same day and booked straight away as the price was extremely reasonable!

When the lads came they were all friendly and made our move stress free. They were very thorough and made sure everything went in the correct rooms. Everything was wrapped in moving blankets on the vans to ensure that all our good remained scratch free.

Once the move was complete we even had a follow up phone call from Alison to make sure everything ran smoothly and we were happy with everything! Excellent communication from start to finish! Hopefully we will not need to move however If we do I would not hesitate to use Thomis Reed again! HIGHLY RECOMENDED FROM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Choosing a removal company can be a stressful experience in itself, but Thomis Reed really helped us through this part of the process, the lady who we spoke to on the phone was calm, confident and was a major factor in our decision to chose this company for our move.

On the day of the move they turned up on time, the lads were polite and they worked extremely hard to get the vans packed / unpacked as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, the warning signs started to appear very quickly into the day. The booking lady had reassured us that all furniture would be individually wrapped and great care would be taken with our valuables. However, we realised that items were being put into the van without any protection and when we questioned this we were told this wasn't the practice and they only had limited sheeting for a select few items. They attempted to carry the dining table out in one go and load as is (to save time) instead of detaching the top from the base and wrapping as had been discussed at quote stage. When they finally gave in with that approach (after bouncing off the door frame several times) they just turned the table upside down and placed it onto the hardwood flooring, scratching the top.

When we arrived at our new house, several items came out damaged / scratched. Attempts were made to repair some items, for the scratches we were told to just contact the office and they would sort this out the next morning. When we called the previously friendly lady, it was like speaking to a different person. We were told the damage was our fault as the furniture was "poor quality" and it was made very clear very quickly that after care and issue resolution were of no concern to this company.

I have given the company 2 stars as they did complete the move, but this is only the basic requirement of a removal company and you should be able to trust that your possessions will be treated with respect and care.

Fabulous and extremely professional service from the initial quote to The move itself. The guys arrived early (we were more than ready! ) packed up quickly and smoothly and met us at the new house and unpacked everything in no time. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Thank you

They are very efficient and friendly people. The two men that moved us on the day, were brilliant, got on with the job and made us laugh, on what was a very stressful day!
