DO NOT USE THOMPSON PARK AND RIDE - FRAUDSTERS
This company takes your money and doesn't turn up.
I had to find another car park very quickly in order to catch my flight. I have tried many times to contact them and get a refund but they don't answer emails or phone calls. Managed to get through a couple of times however and was greeted by a patronising, extremely rude person who refused to issue a refund even though he looked on their CCTV and saw that nobody came to meet us at their car park.
He informed me in the middle of a call that phone calls are recorded - it is a legal requirement to inform the caller at the start of a call that calls are recorded.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMING FRAUDSTERS WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE!
