Although I have travelled with TUI previously, I needed advice for the most current holiday so went into the Dundee store and spoke with Dayna, im glad I did because she was a fantastic help and very knowledgeable. I have been left very impressed with TUI's booking process and Dayna.. she deserves 11 out of 10 for her attention to detail and customer service.
Great hotel, lovely grounds but the entertainment was poor unless you was prepared to pay $80 per person per night. And the seaweed spoiled the beach. Nice pizza shop on site and a lovely ice-cream parlour too. The rooms were nice too
Especially the renovated ones. All in all we enjoyed our holiday. Both tui reps where great.

Last week, I booked what was meant to be our first family holiday with our 6-month-old and 2-year-old. We were so excited about making these special memories together.
However, when I received the booking confirmation, I noticed that the hotel had been changed without any communication or explanation from TUI. Naturally, I contacted customer services the following day and was told there had been a technical issue and that the hotel I had originally booked was no longer available.
I was initially told I could change to another hotel free of charge. However, when I asked to switch to a different hotel, I was then told there had been another “technical issue” and that what they actually meant was they would only waive the administration fee—I would still need to pay any difference in price.
As this wasn’t what I had booked, I requested to cancel the holiday. I was informed that this would need to be authorised by a manager.
It has now been over a week. I’ve called TUI every day, escalated the matter, and even contacted the directors’ office, yet I still haven’t received an apology or a resolution.
I’m extremely disappointed with a company that promotes itself as family-focused and prides itself on making booking holidays easy. The lack of communication and customer service has completely overshadowed what should have been an exciting experience for my family.
If TUI would like to resolve this matter, I would welcome the opportunity, as I currently have a holiday booked that I have no intention of using.

Love TUI , used them for years and have never been disappointed. Recently used for a trip to Rhodes, my first trip since becoming a widow. Booked in their shop in Taunton and lady was so helpful and reassuring . Booked a TUI Blue hotel, wow!! Amazing place. Reps were excellent, entertainment was superb. All round exceptional.

Fantastic service for our SENSATORI holiday. From start to finish the standard is very high. In resort, on the flight and overall great time and loved the service.
We visited TUI Blue Victoria Menorca hotel.
The booking process was straightforward.
There were no queues at check-in for departure and very little waiting time at Menorca airport.
Hotel staff were all super friendly in the bars and restaurants.
Good room, with a sea-view balcony.
All inclusive wine was good.
Enjoyed cheese tasting experience run by the restaurant, and the cocktail making class run in the bar.
We particularly enjoyed the daily exercise classes, which ranged from yoga to HIIT sessions, and were well organised and run by the excellent Louisa.
Restaurant food was really good, and we liked the outside eating area for it's views and ambience.
Easy to book.Need to contact as I am diabetic and need a fridge in the room to store Insulin.
Our holiday is a complete package. Everything is organised for us, and normally all goes to plan.

I’ve booked with tui many times and love the personal care that’s provided in flight. My destination and holiday location is one I’ve been to a few times now it’s family run and most importantly this trip will be my first solo holiday
