My order went missing, so I send a mail to let them know that I didn’t recieved my packet.
I got a mail from Arham and he helped me and he could see that my order got lost.
He immediatly helpt me out and send a new order. He was soooo helpful :-).

I really love the long lasting fresh scent of Thomson Carter's fragrances. I'm really happy that my curiosity led me to make my first purchase. Even after numerous hand washing the delicate scent remains. The fragrances are not over powering, they are enchanting.

I had sent a request on Saturday to change the address indicated. Given the Bank Holiday weekend I didn’t expect a response, let alone the resolution of the issue until sometime after the holiday. I was amazed and very pleased to receive a response from Sameer with acknowledgment and resolution of the issue. Really pleased.

The perfume was purchased for my daughter and she loved it. Delivery took a while but well worth the wait. The packaging was incredible, we both loved it. The little pillow was a nice addition. My daughter loves patchouli and loves the Lilium Blume and sample. Thank you very much. You have a life long customer.

Package came in damaged, no fault of Thompson Carter. I emailed customer service and communicated with Yaseen. Took care of the situation immediately and will be sending a replacement, order is already on the way. While I was purchasing a bottle of Lilian Blume; an unknown technical problem caused a code delay, then double charge to my credit card. I no sooner sent Thomson Carter off an email when I received a response from Yaseen, assuring me that they were aware of the situation and that it would be charged back within a day or two, thank you for the great service, I appreciate it!
