We recently ended a tenancy, managed by Thornley Groves. I lost count of the number of property manager that came and went during the 8.5 years that we had it tenanted, so it’s a pity that the best one of all, Aleaya Afzaal, came along as we were preparing ro stop tenanting and sell. She has been totally on the ball and acted promptly on any issue that has arisen, that we have put her way. Accordingly, I give her a 5 star rating,

I rented a property through Thornley Groves for just over two years and honestly had a great experience throughout. Getting the house was straightforward, the team explained everything clearly and made the move‑in process easy. During my tenancy, they were always professional and quick to respond whenever I had a question, which made things stress‑free. When it came time to move out, the exit process was handled really well—fair, transparent, and without any hassle. Overall, I felt supported from start to finish and would happily recommend Thornley Groves (specially Kaja who helped a lot during the exit process) to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency in Manchester.

I am very impressed by the service provided by Owain Lacey, who has a great passion to answer my questions and helps me to solve the issue related to the property management. That’s why I give a five star rating.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I had to when it comes to Olivia Scallan-Allsey at Thornley Groves. I’ve rented the same property for over 18 years and had many property companies manage my home but not one has come close to the excellent service and kindness shown from Olivia, she is an excellent representative for the company and has shown professionalism, understanding and kindness when it comes to any issues that I’ve had. I have been renting out my property for more than 20yrs, and have usually been blessed with long term tenants. Unfortunately, lost my last long term tenant earlier this year, and the property was in serious need of some major renovation/updating. Amina Mirza has been brilliant in managing the entire process for me, seeking professional guidance, recommending contractors, negotiating, resolving any disputes, keeping me fully informed on a weekly basis, being clear about what decisions need to be made, when… as well as also giving design tips!! Hugely dedicated, including a 7am Saturday meeting at the property! Am very grateful, amazing service!

Very poor experience when speaking to Daniel. After multiple call attempt's, this gentleman abruptly ended the call when I mentioned I was interested in viewing a property to purchase.
