We are a not for profit organisation that conducts research using a number of researchers and inputs. We have been using Thorough Edit for almost a year and have sent various reports for editing over that time. The edited document has been received as promised between 3-5 working days and to the highest standard. The editors not only proof but also value add by making suggestions to improve readability. The only frustration is paying by corporate credit card requires us to contact the service centre for them to create a payment window for us. That said, they are responsive and it is always resolved quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Very good external proofing agency. Timely and fast communication. The more clear you are with what you need for your manuscript, the better quality edits you will receive. The only slight negative I have is that sometimes the editing styles are inconsistent depending on who is editing the manuscript. Also, sometimes edits aren't explained very clearly. A little more consistency would take it from 4 stars to 5.
