Suzuki non existing service - Jimny 2024 special release AirFryer…

Jimny 2024 special release AirFryer edition.
I bought my Jimny 5 door auto new for cash and took delivery in April 2024.
I did not use it for about 2 months as I was on an extended trip to Namibia on my motorcycle.
After returning from my motorcycle trip I then did another trip to Namibia for 2 weeks, this time with my new Jimny that at that stage had just over 500km on the clock. I am quite impressed with the little vehicle, however, the fuel consumption is pathetic.
During my journey in Namibia I realised that the air into the car is a lot warmer than the ambient temperature outside. On my return to Cape Town, the car now has just over 6000km on the clock and the fuel consumption is still pathetic. Regarding the hot air, I took a thermometer and measured the air coming into the car and was very surprised by my findings. Jimny outside temp at 17 with the air coming into the car at 29.3 (off the probe in the vent)
The next day, Monday morning the 19th August, I took the vehicle to Suzuki Table View due to it being an air fryer. The workshop manager went with me for a spin and he saw the outside air at 14, yet the air blowing into the car was at 26. This was with all settings on maximum cold but with the aircon switched off. This was determined with a thermometer with a probe stuck into the vents of the car. I then requested that we try their demo 5 door to determine if it was only my vehicle. The Service manager Ivan Smit and myself then took their demo 5 door for an extended drive of about 40 minutes and exactly the same symptoms as my car was experienced where the temperature into the car was 10 to 12 degrees warmer than outside. The service managers words were “that he has never had a complaint like this before” which I find extremely strange.
I called to speak to Ivan on Wednesday morning the 20/08/2024 as I have not heard anything from him at all. He was not available and I asked the service lady to please get him to contact me urgently. As I still did not hear from the service manager that afternoon, I sent an email to him where I copied Suzuki customer care in on. I have proof of mail sent to Ivan Smith (copied Suzuki customer care) on the 21/08/2024 as he was still not available and not bothering to contact me.

22/08/2024 - I called yet again at 16:30 and again left a message for Ivan to call me urgently. Needless to say, nobody contacted me at all.
23/08/2024 – Went to Suzuki to speak to any manager but Johan Grobbler the branch manager as well as Ivan Smith the service manager both were yet again not available. I yet again left a message for either one to call me urgently – no surprize here but that did not happen.
23/08/2024 – 16:40 – called the branch manager on his cell but went straight to voice mail. Left message to please call me but again, no real surprize here, no call thus far. I then immediately called Suzuki SA customer care wanting to talk to any senior person, but was told that the managers have all gone home. Booming economy?
What really gets me is the total disrespect and pathetic poor after sales service non existing support I am receiving. I bought the Jimny with my heart, and not my head – what a fatal mistake this is turning out to be. Customer service from ALL Suzuki staff concerned is non existing and the absolute worst I have ever experienced from any dealership by far. It is a pity that a really great little car is suffering due to unprofessional disinterested disrespectful people.
I would be most interested if any other Jimny owners have the same airfryer problem I am having.
At the time of writing this review, nobody at all has bothered to contact me.
REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!
