Same as all the others, put in an order, got fake tracking and shipping numbers and their contact information is all fake. Actually they continually change their contact information. DO NOT ORDER from them! COMPLETE SCAM, also my credit card company alerted off them and I unfortunately allowed the transaction to go through thinking their tracking numbers and contact information is all was real.

I never received my order..order number 210628173 all I got was invalid tracking numbers never any response from the company and an endless emails from some other company stating that my order was on it's way..all a scam in my book..and they took our money..scam.. rip off and they're crooks!!!

I didn't get my bike so I paid for and I asked for my money back and they will not give me my money back

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Idk how they’re not shut down? Is there a legal way to shut them down?!?!? I wish I read the reviews first!! I ordered on 11/08/2024 it is now 12/29/2024. I have NOT gotten my order. On top of that when I tracked my order it said it was successfully delivered on 12/08/2024 which never happened. There isn’t even a carrier listed who was supposed to have delivered it. My initial email said the courier was EMS but they have NO record of my package. I have written to them several times without a reply. I tried to call but I don’t have international calling on my cell.

If anyone knows what legal action can be taken PLEASE let me know!!! Is the BBB just for American companies? Something has to be done about this!!!

Also does Google and other search engines not vet the companies that pay for advertising on their platforms? That’s how I found this place. This is PURE BS!!!

Read this before you purchase anything from Thoustar! I searched a particular item that I needed by a certain time. I found exactly what I wanted on the Thoustar website. The price was fantastic (should have been my 1st red flag) The website lead me to believe the product shipped from the US. I verified the shipping time and placed my order 7 weeks in advance of my need. The moment I submitted my payment I got the confirmation email from HONG KONG NOT THE US! The more I looked into the order, the more my concern grew. The company had a completely different name of a company that carried unrelated products. I immediately emailed Thoustar and included screenshots of every detail of my order including their claim that it shipped from Montana. They replied with a auto generated email that assured me that someone would be in touch 24 hours. Needless to say no one ever reached out to respond to that email or the other 5 I sent. I spent the next 7 weeks watching the tracking they provided through china post and was almost encouraged when it cleared customs. The china post tracking was pretty sporadic and showed my package being in my city and out for delivery for almost 2 weeks. I was running out of time. I finally had to seek another option and purchase the item at 3 times the price including rush delivery, my china post tracking magically updated the same day, claiming the item was delivered the previous week! I contacted them once again after confirming I provided my correct address. I asked them for the delivery details of the 2nd leg delivery service and informed them that I have not received the package. I asked them to directly refund my order as I had to seek another buying option. I've contacted them twice and they would not even reply with their auto generated response.
Needless to say, I've filed a dispute with my bank. Big surprise! They are not getting a response either!

Order a package November 4 2024 its now 12 19 2024. Still haven't received. Told them this is a medical device and need it ASAP. Now you won't respond to my E Mails. Is it company policy to RIP PEOPLE OFF!

I ordered a brought from this company. It was never delivered. This is a scam.

Order the package on 9th of last month was supposed to be here on the 22nd to the last month still haven't received it I want my money back and we can part company friends have tried to get in touch with unable to still have received a package been marked as out for delivery for about 4 days don't buy from this company

Contact your bank and dispute and change your card there will.ve some weird charges on there

Scam, I wished I had read the reviews. Ordered charged but NEVER got my product. Fake order and shipping number. Out $102 bucks. Buyer be where.

I just tried to order a vr headset for my 13 year old child and it took the money from my cash app but said that the order can't be placed.

Such a rip off! Never got product

Wonder why the prices are 3% of other legit sites? Because this is a scam shopping site. Hopefully if you bought with a CC, you will get your money back.

I wrote this company and asked about their Halloween products. Not only do they have a striking resemblance to Home Depot's giant products, they are one in the same!! Or at least the photo is the exact same. Home Depot should sue for using their product. When I asked about the likeness, they blew me off and didn't respond.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company is a scam not only do they not refund, they give you a bogus tracking number that's all in Chinese and your order never comes and they respond once or twice they never gave me a confirmation email or reciept i had to email them over and over again to get that bogus tracking number, I'm out 102 dollars. Don't fall into their trap

Fake website, fake tracking, fake product, scam, lies, and theft.

The website is a scam. I ordered an electronic item, and was purchased via Pay Pal. But there were no email receipts of the item. But I was charged. I have emailed Thoustar multiple times. But despite the reply email stating that someone would get back to me within 24 hours, no one has contacted me yet. It is really frustrating!
