Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to address your issues directly.
First and foremost, it is important to clarify that THQFX is not a trading firm or a broker. We provide clients with simulated trading accounts for educational purposes only. Our clients have the freedom to use any broker they prefer. This distinction is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, which all clients agree to before participating in our programs.
We have never claimed we are part of any broker, if you can show us where we said we were?
We are not being investigated by the CFTC for two reasons One we are not in america and two we are not a broker or trading company and have never offered any trading. Please educate yourself.
We never changed the rules as per our agreement.
It has come to our attention that some participants, after failing our trading challenge, are now accusing us of being a scam. These allegations are unfounded. All participants, including yourself, signed the agreement and accepted our terms before engaging in simulated trading.
You too failed a challenge.
Specifically, regarding the case of Logan, it is important to note that he received his account and even referred clients to us, for which he was duly paid a commission. It was only after breaching the agreement that he began to claim that our activities are illegal. Notably, he did not raise any such concerns while actively participating in and benefiting from our services.
We emphasize that our activities are not illegal, as we are not a financial company or broker. We simply provide a platform for traders to showcase their trades for educational purposes. Traders have the autonomy to present their trades in any manner they choose, and it is at our discretion whether or not we utilize these trades.
For context, firms similar to ours, such as FTMO, operate in a comparable manner.
We are currently facing numerous defamatory comments and chargebacks. These actions are unjustified, given that all participants entered into agreements willingly and with full knowledge of our terms. We intend to address and contest each case of defamation and chargeback rigorously, as the agreements signed by our clients support our stance.
Furthermore, please be advised that we will seek legal action against any individuals making defamatory comments such as "scammer" or "fake company." Such statements can result in significant financial loss for us, and we will pursue legal remedies to recover these losses. As demonstrated in several cases, including those involving reviews, defamatory remarks can lead to substantial monetary damages.
We hope this clarifies our position and addresses your concerns. We remain committed to providing a fair and transparent platform for all our clients.
