Never had a problem with the service, 100 day return policy is amazing, delivery prompt, selection good.

Sometimes you pay a small markup and miss out on offers by buying through Thread, but generally the best place to go for clothes of any price.

Excellent fabric and fit. Very pleased with the quality, and delivery was very quick.

Love the concept, love the website. An additional comments with regards of sizing would make it even better! Found myself returning a few items back due to the wrong size.

I know algorithms play a part but in terms of what I’d be interested in buying time and again your recommendations are on the money.I also like the fact they are offered as 5 options rather than swamping me with your selections.Overall very impressive.

All pretty slick. Like the way you are notified when things you like go on sale or are low on stock. Returns couldn’t be simpler.
Only thing that could be improved is speed of delivery. It’s not really bad but so many other places do it a little faster.

I ordered black suit trousers, I received blue chinos

Your delivery is a disaster. I ordered a cashmere roll neck jumper on 3 October. Was told delivery between 8 and 15 October. Up to now it has not arrived. All happy anticipation has disappeared. Two weeks’ wait for a sweater!

I'm so glad I tried Thread. They show you different looks and suggest how to achieve them for your budget. Plus, they match the price of the manufacturer and they keep you updated on the different stages of your order and delivery through an app that actually works. I've ordered 4 or 5 items now and they have all been perfect. It's a great idea and a great service.

Their mail order service is second to none. The garments are of exceptional quality, their returns procedure simple and easy to do and the refund instigated immediately. All round, a great company to deal with.
