Orders never ship, zero proactive communication
Placed an order on Monday, March 2nd. On Friday, March 6th, I reached out about shipping and was told the order would be fulfilled the following week. (No reason it couldn't have been the week after I ordered.) Today is March 17th and the order has still not been shipped, nor have I received any communication from the store. I paid $2.48 for "package protection," which you also have to purchase if you want to be able to receive a refund or exchange items. I love having to have to pay for customer service. I emailed the store to request a refund. We'll see how that goes.
