Its been a pretty transformational journey working with Thread these past 18 months. I could not recommend their service more highly. When we started my team size was 80 people, I managed the HR with the assistance of Peninsula HR. It was a nightmare. Advise and management from Peninsula was cold and legal. Often resulting in small problems escalating. Threads approach of people first with empathy has been brilliant.
