I did not even receive the hat I ordered. It was indicated as delivered but was, in fact, never put into our mail room. When I reached out to Mary Gunnik she stated that I would not be issued a full refund or be sent a new hat with priority shipping cost covered by ThreadLogic because the item was stolen or delivered incorrectly and it is not ThreadLogic's fault. Horrible customer service, especially around the holidays. All my son wanted for Christmas was this hat and because of ThreadLogic's horrible customer service he did not get it. I want my $85 back!
