I had to contact InventoryLab to resolve a login issue. I was promptly connected to a live agent, and the problem was resolved right away. Having access to a live agent is crucial to getting issues handled quickly when needed.

I get the frustrations but... I've had a great experience with all their tools since 2019. I use to pay a few hundred dollars before the Seller365 bundle came out, and now it's a no brainer. I think some people never commit to giving it a fair try and forget about their trial, but if you are really selling on Amazon you know that's how most softwares work, and if you actually use their software for your amazon and walmart business, you know how much time and money it really saves you. I highly recommend giving all their tools a try - Inventorylab, Tactical Arbtirage, SmartRepricer, and ScoutX are on top of my list.

This company is untrustworthy. Their Etsy Sync plugin has multiple issues, updates don’t work, and they don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp. I lost money with them, so be cautious if you’re considering a purchase...

Upgraded to 365 and can't cancel as per the instructions in the help section and provided by support. So I changed my payment method to a useless card and will let it expire and then get Sqout IQ, not 365 back.365 sucks and so did customer service.

They charged me $670.00 and I told them I am no longer selling on Amazon. They basically told me sorry! We already billed you - we can't give you a refund. That is the worst customer service ever. I definitely should be given a refund even if its prorata. They really, really suck. Deborah Andrews

Bad Cancellation service, be careful, this company will charge you even after cancellation, I had all the proof to show them that I cancelled and still they were resistant to give me my refund, think twice about going with them, I don’t recommend and I am really 🙁 unhappy.Selma Rabello

The software is not working properly for several months. We have used Inventory lab for years. Once Three Colts bought the company, things started to be problematic. Support is poor telling you to ddo the same work again and closing tickets. Nobody there is willing to take any responsibility. Seek other tools that can do the same process. We have wasted so many hours after using what was a working product for years. What happens is these big companies buy out the smaller guys because they know better. Except what made the company and product good or great, disappear the day the big bottles of champagne are popped. When I notified support that we had major issues for several months on a prepaid annual plan they refused to give us any dcredit etc. Thats typical of the majority of these SAAS systems. The future wont be great as smart sellers use AI and develop their own tools that fit their exact needs and there are competiting products that do what they offer. Regardless of what software you choose, DO NOT PREPAY FOR AN ANNUAL PLAN. GO month to month only, which gives you a way out when they blame thier bugs and issues on Amazon or something else.
