Arrived as promised in good time
Seems to be easy to ride

Ordered 2 bikes , so spent a lot of money , only 1 turned up , so contacted 3 pin who said the courier was at fault , they said they would keep me updated , but I never heard from them at all , had to wait nearly another week for 2nd bike to turn up and when it did packaging was damaged, sent photos to 3 pin who thanked me , but really didn’t seemed bothered at all , but they stated by email I would need to consult there returns policy if there where problems with the 2nd or 1st bike . not built bikes yet , just hope there as good as the web site promised, not sure what to make of the company, but I’m not happy with there customer service

Great purchase and saved lots of money.
Really enjoying getting back on a bike at nearly 70 years of age and with the electric motor a real bonus without spending thousands.

OMG at last a company that delivers what it promises.

Great service, great price on the bike and fast delivery

Can't fault it, motor kicks in a soon as you start to pedal on assist level 5. I've got one that's similar but is a few years old, I was advised to get a new one. So I chose the eleglide T1 step through, and I'm not disappointed. It's just as good if not better than my previous ebike. The discount I received from Three Pin Power makes it even better value.

I've never used this company before or had an electric bike. Firstly I had to split with alot of money on something I wasn't sure about but their description sounded encouraging, I you tubed the bike, an eleglide T1, then purchased it and got an extra appreciated £100 off. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is for their customer service, the little chat box, it's not a robot, it's a very helpful friendly human that responded very quickly and out of hours, put my mind at rest and answered my questions no problem. I'd give 6 stars for the fact the bike turned up after 3 days of ordering and i put it together on my own in 40mins, not bad for a girl! Good job all at three pin, you've got it right! Thanks for me bike 🚲 I love it 😀

The company values helping more people have access to eco-friendly transport. The Eleglide M1 E-bike was the best value for money out there through an offer. They delivered the bike to me in Northern Ireland on a Saturday within a week with no problems. I put it together when it come and pumped up the tires bike is great for over 10+ miles on the assist level 5 it eats the hills pretty well.
