Great quality and experience.
Ordered a carhartt jacket and it was too big, returned and my refund was in my account within a couple of days.
Ordered another in a different size and received it 3 days later.
The quality of the clothing is also great. Pictures and description exactly reflect the condition of the garments. Really pleased & would definitely order from again.

Ordered 38W Levi jeans, when arrived - the jeans turned out to actually be 36W.

I recently bought a pair of Carhartt carpenter trousers and i bough a size 37w 31l and i recived 38w 31l and thats not really the point but then i looked closely and i Think these are fake because the tag is really wierd and the text isnt clear is kind of blurry and from other pants i have seen the tag looks diffrent and the meterial is also very thin and there isnt any Washing instructions which is wierd and Why is Think my pants is fake i have spend 53 eu on Them and was happy to get Them only to be dissapointed

I recently bought a carhartt hoodie for 70€. And it stood that it was in very good condition. But the hoodie were really nasty with hairs and fluff everywhere. Even after washing it. The hoodie pocket was also nasty with hairs, fluff and old dirt. For the price I payed and the supposed condition: im not happy with the experience.

I ordered a vintage hoodie with my school's name on it. I got it for $15 compared to $50 from other websites. It came all the way from the UK to the United States and the shipping price was even cheap! It kept me informed the whole way when it came to tracking my package, email updates and all!!! Would shop here many times again!!! 10 stars!!

So far it hasn’t been too bad, however I have been trying to contact their team for days and I get nothing back. All I want to do is cancel an order as what I ordered was the wrong size. They have not gotten back to me even after several emails.

Terribly disappointed. I received two Patagonia jackets and apart from the fact that they took a month to arrive (even though the website says 4-5 days for delivery), they were also in very bad condition. Worn sleeves and knots in the fleece fabric with fluff and hairs that didn't go away even after washing. And all this while on the site they mentioned that the two jackets I bought are in very good condition. I will definitely not buy again.

My experience with Thrifted has been great.

The clothes are in super good condition and fit perfectly.

The shipping process was smooth as well and the parcel arrived at my doorstep with no issues at all!

Highly recommend it for all vintage lovers.

dodgy, misleading black friday email promo from their digital marketing agency pretending to be addressed to someone else. Titled "[Internal - sale issue & low stock]" so obviously I'm going to read it. I've requested to get unsubscribed countless times now but I keep getting them

Their Black Friday email promo is probably a made up "internal email meltdown" where they try to force people to believe that their stock is running low and pretend that it is an internal email meant to be sent to their team. The worst ad imaginable followed by a copy pasted reply.

No issue, clothes are in good condition, clean and the photos showed all the stains with the little arrow stickers, I didn't find anything unexpected.

The sizes are accurate and I think it shows some basic level of care that an item is listed as size 6 when the label says 8. Everything seems properly measured

Great selection online of just about every type of clothing you could want. Their in person £20 per kilo sales are also a brilliant idea and well worth popping along to.

Bargains to be had, and even helps keep environmental waste down by repurposing perfectly wearable items!

Ordered a coat and it was not as described, it’s significantly worse condition. You don’t get a refund of the original postage, and you have to pay to return so I’m down £7, not great!

Ordered a pair of denim shorts that were listed as 34 waist. They arrived and were 36 waist on the label and in size. I spend £3.50 returning them and the time to go to the post office etc. I have still not received the money for this despite being promised on multiple occasions. How anyone can expect to run a successful company in this way is beyond me.
