Do not shop at this place.
They made a mistake in filing custom, and i now have a huge fine with clear evidence that it is their fault, but they wont help and disclaims all responsibility. I have never been treated this bad and unfair.

Ordered almost a month ago and still not delivered

Was really looking forward to the sweatshirt I bought here. Order took 2,5 weeks to arrive (which was way over the estimated delivery time). The order was never sent to the address I provided and I had to search for my order in neighboring towns to even locate the package, with really no help from constumer service at all. At the pickup location I had to pay an undisclosed 16 euro delivery fee (even though I had already paid 10 euros for shipping), unsure if I will ever get that money back. The sweatshirt has holes at the collar, which is quite annoying considering the website states flaws on their items but listed this as excellent condition. It just is not worth it ordering from this shop.

Final update: After weeks of emailing with customs, the courier and Trifted.com, I finally received a refund for the extra delivery fee. With all the hassle I was put through I will never order here again. If you order here, I hope you'll have a more pleasant experience than I. Otherwise, it's just not worth it.

Haven’t received my jacket in over 3 weeks with 0 information about it…

absolutely lovely experience with thrifted, i ordered right before easter started so obviously it wouldn’t come in as said on their website (bank holidays and stuff like that) but after easter finished, my order was sent right away, fast delivery and the jacket itself is in very good condition and surprisingly cheaper than other websites. i do recommend to anyone who likes vintage clothing

1 month to deliver a polo shirt While paying 10 for shipping

Have used Thrifted.com regularly for vintage cops as their selection is fire ! Have never had any problems with sizing & shipping, all items arrived efficiently and as photographed :)

Bad - pictures on the page are low quality and few of them. I was pretty hesitant about my order because of that.

I bought two items of clothing from this website, both turned out to be counterfeit and one was not the size advertised. A burberry polo which I tried to sell on after discovering the terrible quality of the stitching inside got me banned from ebay for selling counterfeit goods and a grey prada polo which was advertised as Medium and when it arrived it was a Small. I emailed Thrifted and the team basically told me that they can't always get the listings right because of the volume of clothes they sell. I tried to sell this prada polo on because it didn't fit me and that got me banned from Depop for selling counterfeit goods. Cheers thrifted.

I was a bit concerned about buying from here after reading the reviews but I went for it anyway and I received my item promptly, exactly as described and I love it :)

Bad sizing and poor condition, but still had to pay for return.

Check their refund policy before buying. Not only do you not receive your shipping costs back, but they also charge you £3.50 for the privilege of returning an item that has been erroneously sized on their website. I bought a pair of ‘34” shorts’ which arrived clearly labelled as ‘32”’ in the waistband, and also very definitely a 32” waist. As a result of thrifted’s policy I’m now nearly £10 out of pocket through no fault of my own. But from a different website that accurately lists sizes/refunds when a mistake has been made on their behalf

I purchased two retro Kappa tracksuit bottoms.

Their pricing is in line with Ebay sellers asking.
The products are very clean and well presented.
I paid a little extra to avoid parcelforce and the products were shipped the next working day in line with their shipping FAQ.

Overall my experience has been nothing but positive and I'm excited to finally have a good store for my old age retro needs.

I bought a Carhartt vest that is clearly a vest with a sewed on Carhartt tag.

Bought: Vintage New York Giants Nike Jersey

This makes counterfeit look real. I mean. The only Nike about this jersey is the sewed on logos. I mean, what? Do you not go through the clothes you sell? Or are you ok with selling counterfeit sporting clothes?
