We’ve recently installed coffee machines and water taps from Thrive at our new office and the service and equipment have been first rate. When we had some teething issues with the new taps Thrive engineers were onsite within 2 hours as promised to resolve. They’ve been great to deal with - from sales through installation and service. I would highly recommend!

With many coffee companies to choose from I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Thrive London. Engineer arrived the same morning. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different models of coffee machines we have, fixed the issue and shared knowledge of videos on their site to pass to our cleaning co. She went over and above. Would certainly recommend.

I Khofi have always had a good service in my view there are several people I deal with on a weekly basis who have always been accommodating and friendly also helpful in a crisis however this week I had forgotten to email my weekly delivery and I called up. I spoke to a lady Tracey who went out of her way this week to track down the driver at his location and see if there was any spare delivery on the van I managed to obtain my usual weekly delivery. excellent service she went the extra mile. Thank you

IKhofi are one of the few suppliers in this field that i would personally recommend.
Simply put they do what they say they will, at the price agreed.

I have done a lot of research on bean to cup machines and companies who supply them. Right from the beginning Ikhofi stood out with their amazing service plan. No other company came close to their response time.
I did wonder if they were over promising and would under deliver, but absolutely not, they are incredibly responsive.
They have an amazing team and on top of all of that, the coffee is delicious. My client and all of their 280 employees love their new coffee company.

Ikhofi is a family run business and every single member of their staff, is friendly and helpful and outstanding from any other coffee machine company. I highly recommend this company and they will not let you down. They really do go the extra mile every time you call them- be it for maintenance or emergencies. I would never change companies and have been with them for several years and they are by far the best company on the market for this service.
