Best customer service!

The correspondence is wonderful between me and my account manager Adriana. She gets back to me right away and is so kind. She goes above and beyond! Excellent customer service! My doctor is Lacey Shambo and she's wonderful. She listens to all my concerns and gets back to me promptly.

I like the way they have adjusted my…

I like the way they have adjusted my supplements as indicated by my lab results. In the past, I never had blood drawn and just had the same thing every day. That was better than no hormones, but clearly my needs have changed over the years. Also, love the personal care and calls!

Best choice for optimum health

I've been trusting not only my hormone health ,but also my general health to Thrivelab for almost 4 years now. I highly recommend Brittany Meeker-Gonzalez, nurse practitioner! She is highly knowledgeable and will take the time to review all your tests in order to give you the best recommendations. My weight, health and overall energy level has improved dramatically. Maria Fernanda who handles all the communication, scheduling and prescription orders is a delight. She always responds with a great attitude and professionalism.

Broken links... Do they want my business?

Can't start using a company if their web site links do not work. The "Free Symptom Self-Assessment" link, the "Get Started" link, and the "Explore Treatments" link... Each one of these do not work. You can't chat with a representative to resolve these issues without entering an email and phone number. Do these companies really want my business or are the just phishing for information? My research in to HRT online is bringing me to a lot of dead ends, with Thrivelab at the top of the list.

Feeling Better

I would say that my favorite part of working with Thrive lab is the fact that they take the time to listen when I have an issue or concern, they work with me on keeping my levels where they should be and care when I need to make a change. I found this through my insurance…

I found this through my insurance carrier as an in network facility. After talking to them nothing odd converted by my insurance. Everything is out of pocket, they use the insurance website to get people in. I could spend the same amount monthly for a concierge doctor who covers everything. Waste of my copay to meet then virtuallyand hear their pitch. I basically paid for a waste of my time.

We’d like to clarify that Thrivelab is listed by many insurance carriers as an in-network, and this is why your insurance company directed you to us. However, whether services are billed to insurance or fall to a deductible/out-of-pocket responsibility depends on the details of each individual plan. Sometimes what feels like “not covered” is actually due to a deductible not yet being met, which unfortunately varies from plan to plan.

We never intend for any patient to feel misled, and we regret that this was your impression. We also don’t want anyone to feel that their time or copay was wasted. Our team is always happy to review benefits ahead of time and walk through expected costs so that there are no surprises.
