The website makes it easy to explain…

The website makes it easy to explain what steps I needed to complete in order to get a reimbursement for my physical activity I did. There was a fast turn around for my reimbursement. I am easily able to log in and check the status of my reimbursement as well. The process Fairview has in place is so well driven and I love how much my company cares for my health and well being.

A ThrivePass benefit is how companies show they really care about employee health

ThrivePass is a marvelous company benefit. I talk with my friends and NONE of them have this... it really sets Boomi apart from other companies and is a "sticky factor" for my employment with them. Just another reason to stay where I am at Boomi.

I love that ThrivePass responds quickly, provides me with MANY options for being active - either I can do gym memberships or programs or I can buy durable exercise equipment, etc. I find that I'm a LOT more active at Boomi than at prior employers. Those other employers only gave "lip service" to my health... but Boomi shows that they really do care - because of the ThrivePass membership and benefits.

Education is also a plus - it's a bit harder to get that going, but the benefit is marvelous.

ThrivePass Definitely Works!

ThrivePass does a great job of partnering with my employer to gain access to certain items that enhance aspects of my life. Whenever I have needed to ask questions, they have been responsive and explicit on what options are available and how their program works.

Another huge plus to this organization is their reimbursement program. The times where I have opted to purchase an item from a vendor outside of their available choices, they are quicker than they initially promise. I am truly happy with my experience with ThrivePass and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great program

This is a great program. They have monthly webinars and other quick little videos chock full of “ healthful” information from sleep, nutrition, hormones, mental health and mindfulness to weight loss. I learn something new each month. A huge added benefit is keeping track of what you eat and your exercise habits to warm up to $25 a month for very little effort. You should give it a try!

Almost a month after signing up, I still dont have coverage

I signed up for COBRA on the Thrivepass website almost a month ago and my medical policy is still not in effect. They did not even send a request for reinstatement to my insurance company until I called them and asked why my coverage is still not in effect, even though they have drawn (2) premium payments from my account. After hours of phone calls I still don't know when my coverage will be reinstated.

This Morning I was Helped by LaShonda

This morning I was helped by LaShonda. LaShonda spent more than 25 minutes helping me negotiate the process of waiving coverage for me and my husband. To say the process this year working with my former employer and their Medicare Advantage Plan choice has been stressful would be an understatement.
Thankfully, LaShonda eliminated that stress by allowing me to finish the process and make my choice to change providers. Thank you, LaShonda.

My wellness claim was denied

My wellness claim was denied. I purchased an e-bike that is e-assist and it was denied. Even though Thrive Pass can be used on E-Bike rental. Purchasing what you can rent should also be included.

Thrive is the best!

Lindsey is great. She is quick to respond to my email and provided me with step by step instructions on how to submit my reimbursement. Also, my request for reimbursement has been approved 2 days later. I'm glad for Thrive's speedy action.
