It was easy to use ThrivePass for reimbursement for items bought elsewhere.

Thrivepass charged me $69.00 for paints that were sent from Amazon and cost $40.00. They pocketed $29.00 of my employer’s money that they set aside for my account.

ThrivePass is a great benefit to have, almost too good to be true. You think there must be a catch but they almost seamlessly integrated with my employer and when I did have a specific question about a reimbursement they were very pleasant, responsive and gave a clear and easy to understand answer. I would tell any employer they deliver what they promise and this benefit will not frustrate your employees.

This is a great benefit for employees. The site was extremely easy to navigate, and the funds can be used for practically anything. Turnaround time was very fast.

It's more than just a Lifestyle Spending Account. It's a health and wellness spending account that understands that mental and physical health options are different for different people.

Their support were great, when I contacted them for clarification prior to submitting a claim. And there's no real messing around with different accounts, it all goes through my employer.

About the only thing I can say that detracts me is the browsing through categories. I'd prefer to be able to hit back and be where I was in the list, rather than back at the beginning of the list.

It was easy to determine what we are allowed to use our thrivepass benefits for and it was easy to plan that out, make the purchase, and submit for a re-imbursement.

When our company changed hands a lot of concern was felt in regards to benefits, but this has been a pleasant improvement if anything. Previously we could not use these equivalent benefits to purchase something like a bicycle, which I think is a very practical and effective health investment, but now we can. Additionally some things that people voiced their concerns about have appeared as supported by Thrivepass now.

I don't have to submit a new bill every month they just automatically put the money in my bank account each month after the initial first time. It saves time on my end.

My questions were answered fast , and the program was very flexible for what you could buy. I purchased a new snowboard, and the payment was credited to my bank account quickly.

My experience using ThrivePass was very easy and fast. I sent in my receipt via the ThrivePass portal and received my reimbursement within a few days. Pretty much an effortless process and I experienced no problems or issues. All in all a very positive and simple transaction.
