Thrivepass offers a seamless experience and makes it fun and easy to navigate through my benefits :)

The process is super easy and only requires a minimum amount of effort to select an item and request a reimbursement.

Would not change a thing.

Thrive Pass has made it so much easier to take care of mental and physical health through ways that aren't mainstream PCP care. I am so grateful for this program! The chiropractor care I received reimbursement for has changed my world and I wouldn't be able to afford it without Thrive Pass.

The site isn't very easy or clear to maneuver

In my 15 years of submitting expenses for approval, ThrivePass is, by far, the easiest and most efficient process of submitting expenses I have ever used. I no longer worry about having to submit an expense.

Very simple process to navigate the website and get reimbursed according to my company's plan. Uploading receipts was quick and straightforward, and it only took two business days until the funds were available in my account.

The site is intuitive, making the claim was hassle-free with the process clearly listed out and the claim was approved inside 24 hrs. Great service, fast service!

I do not like getting reimbursed on PayPal. I wish there was an alternate way to get reimbursed.

I received an email in September that I would be reimbursed for my fitness membership, that it was approved and would receive deposit in 5-7 business days. I've never received reimbursement.

Every time i interact with Thrivepass I'm pleasantly surprised. They always have a friendly person reach out to me within a few hours of me reaching out, and they go out of their way to help and make sure I have my questions answered!
