Multi Point gearbox mechanism (latch) on our front door broke and damned nearly locked me out. Managed to fasten the door without the latch looked at a couple of You Tubes, but decided there were too many possible problems with DIY including identifying the model number needed & fitting it correctly, probably taking hours. Wisely decided to call in Darren from “Through The Keyhole Locksmith” in Daventry. Within 20 minutes he was here on the way to another job, identified the right gearbox, found he had a replacement in his van and replaced the broken gearbox in short order. The whole thing took just less than 40 minutes from initial call to completion. Excellent service and a fast, professional job. Well done & thank you Darren. Highly recommended.

I messaged Darren prior to moving into our house to get a quote for some new locks. He answered my message immediately suggesting as soon as we'd move in to message him and he could pop round to give us a quote. I messaged once we'd moved in. His wife Jen responded straight away and we arranged a time and date for Darren to come round. He turned up on time and quickly assessed the locks. He gave me the costs and they were extremely reasonable so it was a no brainer to get the work carried out. He was friendly, polite and chatty throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Brilliant service!!

I contacted Darren regarding my door lock that was jamming. He assured me he’d come within a few hours, and he did. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend his services!

Called up on Monday and made appointment for Wednesday ( my request). Turned up at the agreed time, Darren checked out the issue explained it to me stated what needed to be done and gave an immediate quote.?He went on to do the job and the whole thing was done in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use again when required.

Darren was fantastic ! Excellent communication via messenger and calls. Darren arrived promptly and was happy to work around the chaos of removal men , cleaners and deliveries. Great customer service ,great price, great work and a really nice guy . 100% recommend and would definitely use again.

Had a work van shutter door issue today (sat 20th) due to the lock mechanism jamming on the inside.
Called Darren who came out within the hour.
Faced with a slightly challenging task ahead of him, Darren managed to solve the issue.
Nice friendly approach and talked through everything that he was doing.
