Avoid. Just left feedback review on Google. So many issues. Ordered 26th Nov, have been told different reasons/explanations from different people. All documentation kept. After complaining I get notification that night to say order shipped. I check 2 days later & the tracking is not even with Australia post - no record. Then I get an email saying oh I took the order out of the shipment because you wanted a refund. Yet when I asked for the refund 2 days earlier I was told no because I ordered more than 2 days ago and would have to wait to return. So when it is finally shipped on 8th (12 days later) they suddenly take it out of shipment 2 days later? And still no other update. Do not spend your money here. It is truly a joke.

We are in 2025 and yet they are not able to cancel an order even though it has NOT been shipped for over a week. Then proceeds to offer me to place a return once orders received but they don't disclose they do not refund return orders just offer store credit.

I wish I could give zero stars. I paid for my order months ago, and it was never fulfilled. Every time I emailed them, I only got automated AI replies saying they’re experiencing high volumes. Then out of nowhere, they cancelled my order saying it’s out of stock. What a joke! They wasted my time and held my money for months—feels like...

I sent an email and a message to you, but I haven’t received any response. It seems like you sent me the wrong item. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve deleted your app and unfollowed you guys..

No customer service - no contact number and 2-3 day response rate is stated on their website. Went in store for a change in size on an order on 2 Feb, sent a follow up email and by 18 Feb still no contact. Anyone know how to get a response from them? They seem to have monopoly control of basketball NSW uniforms but no ability to deliver them within the season. Help I'm still chasing a response and the products to be replaced - they have our gear thats fully paid for and no response!

Ordered Kobe reverse grinches for $700+ from these guys since December and first they mess up the order and it doesn’t reach post office. Following this they send another pair of shoes as compensation for the first which doesn’t even get shipped out, and to this day still I am emailing them for refund and not getting any form of reply anymore. Robbed me of $750 lol.

Had a great experience ordering online from them. Fantastic deal and fast postage.

They have a sale, and then they can’t cope with the influx of business.

I have had an order with them for over a week. It took them four days to confirm my order is being processed and will be shipped shortly…that was three days ago.
What a shambles.
I think they are vieing for the worst store ever award.

If I could give 0 stars I would! It's the worst experience I've ever had making an online purchase! Ordered on December 5thand it's now January 2nd, my package got lost somehow and all they are saying is to ask the royal mail ask the royal mail, they won't take any responsibility, no refund and no replacement! Don't ever order from these people!!

I’d give zero stars if I could, Ordered a pair of shoes over a week and a half ago and all I get is a system generated email saying they were out of stock of the item. Their customer service is non existent and all they care about is putting out a fake image on social media. They never reply to multiple emails and Facebook messages. Don’t be fooled by their very few fake good reviews and check out all their many bad reviews over many years. They have no phone number when your order inevitably goes to crap. Avoid at all costs as if miraculously you get your order it will take several weeks if at all. Dodgiest business ever!!!

Same as previous customer - placed an order 27/11 and is still sitting there as order placed, no shipping info nothing. No response to emails either. Will not purchase from them again

Both my wife and I placed orders with Throwback on 20th November 2023, to date nothing has arrived, no updates received... and typical automated responses. I've purchased with them loads before and they were always great with communication and shipping was always prompt. But not sure what's happened, especially given the fact they state times to get in to get your order in time for Christmas and I've waited almost 3 weeks and counting. At this rate I don't think I'll be getting an order at all from them... and I'd definitely go to Footlocker or JD sports for sneakers especially before Christmas. I have lost all trust in Throwback!

These guys are CRIMINALS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They don't have a contact number for returns, don't reply emails and respond in any way.

Ordered on a Sunday and it got to Thursday with no response to emails asking when I will receive my order. Order seems to have not yet left and no tracking number has been sent to me. No phone numbers available to call and chase up orders either. VERY average service.

Great range of sneakers, shipping was fast. I had to return an item and didn’t have any issues.

The shipping was very quick, however the customer service on trying to return the shoes has been extremely frustrating. None of my emails have been acknowledged and the return order was still pending approval after a week (9 days). Not to mention you only having 14d to return them.

i ordered my way of wade 10 cherry blossoms and ive still yet to receive it this is absolutely atrocious I've ordered on the 31st of July exact and yet its been over a month over the the expected shipping date - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

After four weeks I’m still waiting to hear about my return. Haven’t had replies to any emails over this time either.
